The private balcony off the living room and overlooking the pool is perfect for relaxing with a cool drink or enjoying that romantic meal.The sunbathing area and the swimming pool are maintained to a high standard.
The palm trees and colourful plants add to the holiday atmosphere. Nearby there is a choice of beautiful beaches, and also within walking distance to the commercial centre with a range of bars restaurants and nightlife. Near to 3 golf courses, surrounded by therapeutic salt lakes.The supermarket next door is well stocked with a variety of food , drink , toiletries and other necessary holiday items.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Situated on the south east coast of mainland Spain, the Costa Blanca is renowned for it's sandy white beaches and warm Mediterranean climate. Steeped in history and boasting beautiful mountain views, sweet fragrance orange groves and glistening waters, this picturesque Valencian province has something for everyone. Alicante is a coastal university city with an impressive harbour and a tree lined promenade. One of its main attractions is its ancient mountaintop castle (Castillo de Santa Barbara), although keen shoppers will revel in its quaint boutiques and grand department stores.
Alicante, like most of the towns on the Costa Blanca, hosts an array of restaurants and bars with prices that won't break the budget, so you certainly won't go hungry here!
Take advantage of Torrevieja's magnificent Friday market, which sells everything from fruit and vegetables to housing accessories and gifts. . In fact, why not make a day of it and "shop until you drop" in Torrevieja's many boutiques or the new Habernas shopping centre with its designer shops.
Each month Torrevieja celebrates a different Festival, or 'Fiesta' with a riot of colour, tradition, music and dance, Local to Torrevieja are two large natural saltwater lagoons, known as "las Salinas", the largest in Europe. The concentration of salt in these picturesque lagoons helps to draw the moisture out of the air. This, combined with the very low annual rainfall, creates the unique microclimate with low humidity.
Sports: Golf, cycling, diving, fishing, horse riding, paragliding, roller blading, sailing, surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, water skiing, wind-surfing, ten-pin bowling, jet ski, scuba diving, aqua park, sports complex, go-karting. all available in the area. We recommend a car to get the best out of any area but if all you want to do is relax, take in the sun and have meal and a drink in the evening, either in the property or in the nearby commercial centres, it is not essential due to the numerous facilities within walking distance.
Torrevieja area / Los Altos/Punta Prima area
The EU Blue Flag beaches at Playa Flamenca and La Zenia are approx 20 minutes away and have vast expanses of golden sands and there are jet-ski's, a banana boat and pedalo's in the summer months, as well as the usual "bars on the beach".
Also within walking distance is the well known Flamenca Beach Commercial centre (largest in South Costa Blanca) with the Lansdowne bar, Rosie O'Grady's, the Blues Brothers, Divas Indian restaurant, Spud Murphies and 3 floors of bars and restaurants. . Nearby go-kart track for all ages (3 circuits). Less than 5 minutes walk from a new commercial centres with a range of bars and restaurants. 20 minutes walk to the Celtic Isle Irish entertainment centre with own swimming pool, bars and restaurant and also the popular Saturday morning market.
Nearby bus service into Torrevieja town or various taxi ranks throughout the area. It is only a 10 minutes drive to golf courses of Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas.

Alicanta Airport 40 mins drive and Murcia Airport 20 mins. Cheap flights Ryan Air, Easy Jet, BMI Baby. Monarch. Airport transfers can be arranged if required.

Further details indoors: Further details indoors: This new apartment is tastefully decorated with good quality furniture and matching wall pictures. The bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and all rooms have ceiling fans. There is an additional utility area which houses the washing machine .
This new apartment is situated on a small secure complex It is clean, bright and fresh. It has satelite TV with DVD plus all the Uk channels.It sleeps up to 6 people as there is also a double sofa bed in the living area. The galley style kitchen is very well equipped including a washing machine and microwave oven. The outside area is perfect for sunbathing and the private roof top solarium has sun loungers plus a table and chairs and a parasol.
Further details outdoors: The fully furnished private solarium compliments the property to facilitate alfresco eating or to enable you to simply sit and enjoy the warm Spanish evenings or the early morning sun. The balcony overlooking the swimming has a table and chairs and is perfect to relax and enjoy the atmosphere with the lights of the swimming pool reflected in the water .
The local beaches have earned a staggering ‘sixty-seven’ European ‘Blue Flags’ and they vary from secluded sandy dunes with magnificent pinewood picnic areas to long flat sandy beaches extending many kilometers. All are within walking distance. Torrevieja town which is 10 minutes drive has countless bars and clubs. This is a typical Spanish town which not only has lovely beaches but also has a big street market every Friday. There is also a big market in Playa Flamenca which is approx 20 minutes walk away every Saturday , afterwards you can relax in the wonderful Celtic bar with its large swimming pool and free live entertainment
