About the home

The house is set in a quiet residential area, outlook is trees and a park area and not overlooked. at the, rear of the property are well kept mature gardens leading to a large communal pool with separate child's pool. with 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, lounge dinner with separate well equipped kitchen, cable television. the roof solarium is totally private and not overlooked. private sun beds for guests are provided at the pool area. all bedrooms are fully air-conditioned along with the lounge diner. Comfortably furnished throughout NOW IN OUR 9TH YEAR OF HOLIDAY LETTING.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The costa blanca is a wash with, white sandy beaches that extend over most of its coast line, with places to visit such as Torreviecja with two marinas, alicante a beautiful cosmopolitan city, La manga , murcia , naval town of Cartagena .Plenty to see and do ,no time for getting bored.

The Torrevieja Area / Los Balcones area

Close to the salt lakes and 10 mins walk from the Mediterranean sea the house is ideally placed. The area as its own micro- climate, considered by the world health organisations to be one of the healthiest in the world and boasts 320 days of sunshine a year. there are markets daily in the area, go-karts are a 15 min walk away, bars, restaurants and supermarkets close by. The main town of torreviejca is a vibrant town with two large marinas,a esplanade flanked with ice cream parlours ,available also is bike hire, bowling,cinema complex, sports centre, horse riding, fishing and the aqua park.

Fly to either Alicante or Murcia Airport. Torreviejca, los balcones is 30 / 40 minutes drive, either by pleasent coast road or motorway, easy enough.Car hire is available from both airports and can be booked via the internet.RENTSPAIN.COM. An alternative is to be picked up at either airport and to be taken directly to the villa, taking any worry or strain out of your onward journey at a cost of around 50 - 60 euros each way. flights can be booked through easy jet, ryan air, monarch ,british airways,air tours.

so much to see and do best of both worlds, quite if you want to stay around the house and pool but if you want some action its just a walk away, thoughrely enjoyed it. Karen & neil - west mid
