This delightful property is a spacious, bright and modern 2 bedroom second floor apartment which is beautifully furnished to a very high standard and set within a gated area providing for extra security. It has an open and fully fitted american style kitchen, a lovely lounge/dining area, and a terrace area leading out from the master bedroom providing lovely views over the complex. Only a 2 minute walk to local shops, bars and restaurants and a 5 minute drive to the beach. There is a communal pool set in a lovely garden area. There is also underground parking available with lift to all floors. This property is not to be missed for either holidays, short or long term stays.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca, meaning "White Coast", has one of Europes best climates and the area in and around Torrevieja (meaning old tower) has been selected by WHO (World Health Organisation) to be one of the healthiest places in the world to live due to the two natural salt lakes in this coastal town. The salt lakes, through the extraction of salt, have given Torrevieja a livelihood since 1668.
Torrevieja area / Playa Flamenca area
Torrevieja is easily reached by less than 10 minutes from Punta Prima via car, or alternatively a bus can be found within close proximity of the property, where various activities can be found. The salt musuem in the main town explains the history of the salt lakes, a glass bottom boat can be taken from the port to Tabarca Island where a day can be spent just lazing on the beach or trying the excellent seafood restaurants on the island. For the less adventurous a day can be spent looking round the numerous shops within Torrevieja or just sit on the port and watch the day go by in one of the many cafes and bars situated on the port. The market day for Torrevieja is every Friday morning which is an experience not to be missed to get a real flavour for Spanish life.
