About the home

Our house is situated on a small complex with private residents pool within an established residential area in Playa Flamenca close to local amenities. Downstairs there is a loung/dining room with CD/radio and satelllite TV. There is a double sofa bed and an armchair. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. Downstairs toilet. On the second floor we have two bedrooms both with air conditioning, one double and one twin plus a large bathroom with shower. On the rooftop there is a solarium with sunbeds. There is a patio to the front of the house and a tiled garden.

The living/dining area is spacious with a large table and chairs plus sofa and armchair with a CD/radio cassette player and Satellite TV. The kitchen has everything you need should you decide to eat in and there is a table and chairs for alfresco dining on the front patio. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with air conditioning and there is a balcony off the twin bedroom. On the rooftop solarium are sunbeds and a lounger with a large parasol. For your convenience we also provide linen and towels, hairdryer, iron and board.

The house is situated in a quiet street with parking on the perimeter of the complex. There is a large swimming pool with children's section. the pool is for residents only and is accessible with a key. Within close proximity you will find several bars and a small supermarket. A 15 min walk will take you to a wider selection of bars and restaurants.

Guests are requested to bring their own beach towels.
A cash security deposit of £50 or E50 is required on arrival, payable locally, returnable on departure subject to no damage or excessive cleaning and no loss of keys.
Prices include electricity and water and an end of let clean. Should you require an extra clean mid holiday this can be arranged and paid locally. Air conditioning to both bedrooms only. Small safe.
Check out at 12 noon on day of departure unless prior arrangements are made.

Conditions

Bookings will only be confirmed on receipt of a 20% deposit.
In the event of unavoidable cancellation, refunds wil be considered only if the owners are able to let the property for that period.
The full balance must be received at least 6 weeks before the let commences.
Reservations made within 6 weeks of rental period will require payment in full at time of booking.
The owners accept no responsibility for theft of belongings, personal liability or other insurable losses. Please therefore obtain adequate travel insurance.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

COSTA BLANCA/VALENCIA
There is much to see and do all year in and around Playa Flamenca. Drive through the local countryside full of citrus and olive groves or visit the local salt lakes home to native pink flamingoes.
Those wishing to experience the Spanish culture on offer will find much to interest them in the towns of Alicante, Murcia, Cartagena and Orihuela to mention just a few. An hours drive away you will find the popular town of Benidorm with its theme park Terra Mitica.
Of course for the golfers amongst you there is a good selection of golf courses including La Manga, Villamartin, La Finca and Las Ramblas all within easy reach.
Along the coast there are many beautiful beaches many with the European Blue Flag award.

The Torrevieja Area / Playa Flamenca area

The town of Torrevieja is a 10 minute drive away and here your can take a dip in the sea or stroll along the beachfront esplanade. Also on the sea front you can browse at the craft market. In the evening the town comes alive with its nightlife and small fun fair. Just outside the town is the Nature Reserve and the salt lakes home to native flamingoes. For the younger members there is a waterpark and go-karts plus many water sports.

AIRPORTS-The house is located 20 mins from MURCIA and 45 mins from ALICANTE. More detailed directions on booking. Cheap flights are available from Easyjet, Ryanair and Monarch from around the country. Car hire is not essential but recommended, two good sites to try are www.carjet.com and www.es-car-hire.com. However transport to and from the airport can be arranged to be paid locally.

“Excellent would highly recommend” This was a lovely house in a very friendly residential area, we were greeted by a lovely lady who gave over the keys and was there if ever we needed anything. The house was excellently equiped with everything you would of needed, and very clean. The pool and gardens were thoroughly enjoyed by the family and only accessed with a key very safe for children, very well kept. We would highly recommend this house and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday.

“Fabulous little villa in good location with lovely communal pool” Have just returned from a short stay at this lovely villa with great communal pool area.Greeted when unloading our car by Lou the cleaning lady who was very laid back,friendly and welcoming.Villa very clean and bigger than photos show.Great air-con to bedrooms and new sofa bed we used a couple of times.Two minute walk to communal pool area secured by your own key fob and large grassed area in which to relax.Shade available.Baby pool only a couple of feet deep for our 4 year old son and larger pool for older daughters that they loved.Small number of bars less than 10 minute walk away including buffet chinese,english food place, burgers,hotdog and chips place tagged onto the pub (cheap) and small supermarket.Residents very nice and one even let me use his phone as had problem with my car air-con.We are thinking about booking next year already. I wholeheartedly recommend this villa to everyone without hesitation.

“lovely holiday villa in a quiet location” We had a great time at this villa, located in a quiet area although bars and resteraunts and local supermarket were only 5 min walk away. I would advise to rent a car as the beach is approx 30 min walk away. There is aalso a bus service every hour to go to the beach. The villa was spotless on arrival and we were greated by the very friendly cleaning lady. Villa contained everything needed to keep kids entertained eg. board games, books and tv. would definatly recommend this villa
