Home description
Our house is situated on a small complex with private residents pool within an established residential area in Playa Flamenca close to local amenities. Downstairs there is a loung/dining room with CD/radio and satelllite TV. There is a double sofa bed with another small bed suitable for a young child. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. Downstairs toilet. On the second floor we have two bedrooms, one double with air conditioning and one twin plus a large bathroom with shower. On the rooftop there is a solarium with sunbeds. There is a patio to the front of the house and a tiled garden.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
COSTA BLANCA/VALENCIA There is much to see and do all year in and around Playa Flamenca. Drive through the local countryside full of citrus and olive groves or visit the local salt lakes home to native pink flamingoes. Those wishing to experience the Spanish culture on offer will find much to interest them in the towns of Alicante, Murcia, Cartagena and Orihuela to mention just a few. An hours drive away you will find the popular town of Benidorm with its theme park Terra Mitica. Of course for the golfers amongst you there is a good selection of golf courses including La Manga, Villamartin, La Finca and Las Ramblas all within easy reach. Along the coast there are many beautiful beaches many with the European Blue Flag award.
Torrevieja area / Playa Flamenca area
The town of Torrevieja is a 10 minute drive away and here your can take a dip in the sea or stroll along the beachfront esplanade. Also on the sea front you can browse at the craft market. In the evening the town comes alive with its nightlife and small fun fair. Just outside the town is the Nature Reserve and the salt lakes home to native flamingoes. For the younger members there is a waterpark and go-karts plus many water sports.
How to get there
AIRPORTS-The house is located 20 mins from MURCIA and 45 mins from ALICANTE. More detailed directions on booking. Cheap flights are available from Easyjet, Ryanair and Monarch from around the country. Car hire is not essential but recommended, two good sites to try are www.carjet.com and www.es-car-hire.com. However transport to and from the airport can be arranged to be paid locally.

Further details indoors: The living/dining area is spacious with a large table and chairs plus sofa and armchair with a CD/radio cassette player and Satellite TV. The kitchen has everything you need should you decide to eat in and there is a table and chairs for alfresco dining on the front patio. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with air conditioning in the double bedroom and there is a balcony with table and chairs off the twin bedroom. On the rooftop solarium are sunbeds and a lounger with a large parasol and a small table. For your convenience we also provide linen and towels, hairdryer, iron and board.
Further details outdoors: The house is situated in a quiet street with parking on the perimeter of the complex. There is a large swimming pool with children's section. the pool is for residents only and is accessible with a key. Within close proximity you will find several bars and a small supermarket. A 15 min walk will take you to a wider selection of bars and restaurants.

NO SMOKING allowed indoors and NO PETS. Guests are requested to bring their own beach towels. A cash security deposit of £50 or E70 is required on arrival, payable locally, returnable on departure subject to no damage or excessive cleaning and no loss of keys. Prices include electricity and water and an end of let clean. Should you require an extra clean mid holiday this can be arranged and paid locally. Air conditioning to main bedroom only. Small safe. Check out at 12 noon on day of departure unless prior arrangements are made.
Conditions
Bookings will only be confirmed on receipt of a 20% deposit. In the event of unavoidable cancellation, refunds wil be considered only if the owners are able to let the property for that period. The full balance must be received at least 6 weeks before the let commences. Reservations made within 6 weeks of rental period will require payment in full at time of booking. The owners accept no responsibility for theft of belongings, personal liability or other insurable losses. Please therefore obtain adequate travel insurance.
