With more than 315 sunny days a year the region this is the perfect destination for people who love sunbathing. The winters are mild, with minimum temperatures of 17 degrees cecius.
Besides sunbathing on one of the many sandy beaches, you can also sail, scuba-dive, or practice other watersports or even try one of the healing mudbaths.
In addition the area is full of culture if you just take a visit to the ancient cities of Murcia Town and Cartegena.
Torrevieja area / Punta Prima area
Punta Prima is a developing resort located between Cabo Roig and Torrevieja in the southern Costa Blanca. Punta Prima is a quiet resort with a mix of old and new developments and is situated right on the sea front very close to the main N332 coast road providing an ideal base for a holiday in Orihuela Costa. Punta Prima has access to 3 beaches all within 5 minutes walk of each other and a lovely walkway links this resort to both Playa Flamenca to the right and Torrevieja to the left.
Surrounded by two large natural salt-water lagoons. The local beaches have earned a staggering sixty-seven European Blue Flags and they vary from secluded sandy dunes with magnificent pinewood picnic areas to long flat sandy beaches.
Torrevieja is an old fishing village, only minutes drive from Blue Lagoon. Where there is a fabulous range of facilities, including the lovely esplanade, with its outdoor cafes and harbour.

With the nearest Airport of Murcia (San Javier) only 20 mins drive and Alicante Airport only 30 mins drive to the north, makes this an ideal place for that short break, or Golfing weekend. The Very Spacious Lounge / Dinner has been furnished with the lastest Leather sofas and Real wood / Leather Dining Table and Chairs. The Real wood Low Level Tv unit houses the latest 37 in LCD/HD TV. Satalite Tv has also been installed, so you donīt feel too far away from home. Satalite Radio also available. The Lounge leads to a private balcony with the latest Wooden Patio Table and chairs to enjoy those "Al Fresco" meals. The 2 Bathrooms have underfloor heating, marble & ceramic tiles throughout and stylish vanity units. The Main Bedroom has large fitted wardrobes, Double Bed and side cabinets. Main Bathroom leads from Main Bedroom. The Twin room has 2 single Beds, fitted wardrobes and centre cabinet. In all everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday.
Further details outdoors: The complex is surrounded by security gates only accessable by residents and guests. The 3 Communal pools are set in well maintained tranquil gardens, surrounded with fountains and palms to give that real Mediterranean feel. In the adjacent complex there is the facility of "Pitch & Put". Pool 3 is heated throughout the year so suitable for those short winter breaks.

Rates include bed linen and towels 1 Bath & 1 Hand Towel per person (beach towels are not supplied) A 25% non returnable deposit is required to secure booking. Balance of booking to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. £200 refundable Damages/Breakages Bond is required upon arrival. A minimum booking of 4 nights only is acceptable.
