The apartment is located in the resort of Playa Flamenca - a short stroll to many bars, restaurants, banks, shops and supermarkets and walking distance to the beach Playa Flamenca. Also La Zenia and Capo Roig are just a few minutes further.
Balcony overlooking maintained swimming pool and landscape gardens. The apartment is located up on the first floor and access can be gained by either stairs of lift.
An ideal location for Couples, Families and Golfers. The larger town of Torrevieja and Aquapark and harbour area with bars and cafes over looking the sea is just 10 minutes drive by car or taxi. Within a 15 minute radius there are 4 excellent Golf Course - Villa Martin, Campoamar, Las Ramblas and La Finca and La Manga is 40-50 minutes drive.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Torrevieja area / Playa Flamenca area
Torrevieja is only a 10 minute drive from the apartment. Torrevieja's seafront offers lots of restaurants, tapas bars and street cafes on very wide promenade. This is popular for the 'Spanish evening stroll'. If you simply wish to relax and soak up the rays then head for one of Torrevieja's sandy white beaches which has been awarded the EC's ''Blue Flag'' status for safe bathing and quality recreation facilities for you and your family.
Take advantage of Torrevieja's magnificent Friday market which sells from fruit and vegetables to housing accessories and gifts.
Local to Torrevieja are two large natural salt water lagoons, known as ''Las Salinas'', the largest in Europe. The concentration of salt in these picturesque lagoons helps draw the moisture out of the air. This combined with the very low annual rainfall, creates the unique microclimate with low humidity. With most days being sunny with an average temperature of 18 decrees centigrade, make this area ideal for suffers of rheumatism, arthritis and asthma.

- No pets allowed. - There is a lift in the apartment building to enable wheelchair access. - Name and address must be provided of the lead member of the booking. - We may require a damage deposit. A payment would be made before the start of the holiday and once the clean and laundry has been completed after the holiday ends, if every thing is OK, we will refund the full amount back to the lead members address. If there is any unexpected damage, or if a larger than normal clean is required, the appropriate amount will be deducted.
Conditions
- A deposit of £50.00 per week is required within 7 days of booking, with the balance paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. - An additional 60 euro cleaning charge to be paid on arrival irrespective of the number of days/weeks. - Short breaks available, price on request
