Immaculate new first floor appt, located next to communal pool and benefits from a large private roof solarium offering fantastic views. There is a large fun pool, table, 4 chairs, parasol and sunloungers. In addition there is a balcony leading from the lounge/dining area with table and 4 chairs. The appt is air conditioned which also gives warmth in the winter. It has 2 bathrooms ( one with bath,wc,shower,bidet and wash basin and the other with shower,wc and wash basin ) and two bedrooms ( 1 double, 1 twin, both with built in wardrobes and bedside cabinets ). Two " Z " beds are also provided for clientīs use.. There is a fully equipped kitchen inc fridge / freezer, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, toaster,kettle,iron and ironing board. Lounge/ dining area with table and chairs. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Torrevieja area / Los Altos area
Area has an abundance of quality shops and boutiques, bars and restaurants. Two marinas, promenade and a weekly street market. The Habeneras shopping complex also has a great mix of bars, shops and restaurants plus the Carrefour hypermarket is close by.
The area is surrounded by natural lagoons and salt lakes. To the south the beaches are made up of sandy coves and to the north there are miles of golden sandy beaches. Some beaches have children's play areas and volleyball facilities. The area also has an aqua park (which opens May - Oct ), Jet skiing ( summer only ), Horse riding, go-karting and three golf courses nearby ( the nearest within a 5 min drive ).
There are numerous bars, restaurants and shops all within easy walking distance of the apartment. Punta Prima beach is a 5 minute drive away. There are several other blue flag beaches within a 10 minute drive ie La Mata, La Zenia, Playa Flamenca, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.
How to get there
Daily flights from all UK airports via Easyjet, Ryanair, Jet 2, BMI baby, Thomsonfly. Transfer time from Alicante : 40 minutes, Murcia ( San Javier ) . 25 mins Car hire and airport transfers can be arranged through owner.
