The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Situated on the south east coast of mainland Spain, the Costa Blanca is renowned for it's sandy white beaches and warm Mediterranean climate. Torrevieja area / Punta Prima area
5 minutes walk or 1km to Punta Prima beach. Along this part of the coastline, it is a mixture of sandy coves and rocky areas (ideal for rock pools). There is a wide promenade at Punta Prima which is currently being extended along the coastline. Past Punta Prima (few minutes drive) are the EU Blue Flag beaches of Playa Flamenca and La Zenia, with vast expanses of golden sands and there are jet-ski's, a banana boat and pedalo's in the summer months, as well as the usual "bars on the beach".
4 Championship golf courses within 10 minutes - green fees average £25 -£40 for 18 holes. 11 more within an hours drive. Open all year.
Magnificent Friday market - Torrevieja, Saturday market - Playa Flamenca. Fab Habernas shopping centre : H&M, C&A, Zara, Puma.

Further details indoors: Quality classic furniture with leather sofas. Fully air-conditioning. Bathroom has bath with shower. Super market is less than a minute walk which is great for that forgotton bottle of wine or the ealy morning milk or picking up food to picnic by the pool.
The local representative is available between 9am and 9pm. Out of hours the representative charges an additional fee of 25 Euros to meet and greet you with the keys to the apartment.
