The apartment is both safe and secure. There is a spacious lounge and decent size balcony for you to enjoy. Coupled with its excellent location and all mod cons the apartment is an ideal choice for those people wishing to relax in the Torrevieja region.

There are many beaches along this particular coastline including Guardamar and La Zenia. The Torrevieja region is famous for it's salt lakes and it's pink flamingo visitors.

The property is well equipped with satellite TV including over 40 TV and radio channels. Fridge/freezer, oven and hob, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

We offer long term lets and short term breaks.

Daily market in Torrevieja. Superb street market in La Mata every Wednesday and Playa Flamenca every Saturday. At least three glorious golf courses nearby including Villa Martin. There is an aqua park and nature reserve close by. There is a cinema, bowling alley and go-karting all within a short drive.
