Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. Kitchen has Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. 2 outside seating areas. Bedroom terrace has a patio table with chairs and parasol for private breakfasts. On the main patio there is another table with 4 chairs. Large safe and secure front garden suitable for small children and toddlers to play in.

Close by (within 1 minute walk) there is a communal swimming pool. The main commercial centre at Playa Flamenca (where there are loads of restaurants) and also the Celtic Isle complex are both no more than an easy 10 minute walk. The beach is about a 20 minute walk or 5 minutes by car. There is a weekly market every Saturday within easy walking distance. Torrevieja town and many golf courses are within a 10 minute drive. In Torrevieja, there is a weekly market every Friday and a local craft market every day near the promenade. There are also many lovely churches and an abundance of clean sandy beaches and, of course, the famous salt lakes which change colour according to the density of the salt.
There is a charge of 55 Euros for cleaning which you will need to give to the keyholders when you arrive.

"Lovely villa in a great location"
Had a fantastic holiday in this lovely villa which was great value for money. The location of the villa was perfect 10 minutes walk to Playa Flamenca centre and 15 minutes walk to the new La Zenia Sho… More
