Home description
This house offers spacious accommodation for up to six people. It is situated in a quiet location (Aguas Nouvas) within easy access of shops, bars and restaurants. The nearest beach is a five to ten minute walk away. The town of Torrevieja is a mere five minute drive and there are three 18 holes golf courses within ten minutes drive.
There is a large rooftop solarium, which is a great place for a barbecue at night or lazy day in the sun. Included are a number of sun loungers perfect for relaxing in the Iberian warmth. There are a total of three bedrooms and two bathrooms (One with shower and another with a bath).
Just across from the house, there is a large shared and a kiddies' pool. Also, there is a very large green area around the pool where all the family can sit and unwind under the sun.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca is infamous because of its long, white, sandy beaches that extend over most of its coastline. Although the coastline is the main focus, there is also plenty to do and see including the historic cities of Alicante, Murcia, Benidorm and Valencia. Is it any surprise that thousands of holiday makers visit the region every year?
It is reputed to have the healthiest climate in Europe with lots of sunshine and mild temperatures making it a favoured year-round destination. Even if your not into lying about in the sun all day, there is plenty more to do while in the Costa Blanca region. (Especially for the kids!) Two places i would personally recommend are Aqualandia and Mundomar. Two parks, a water park and an animal park located in Benidorm. Perfect for a day out for kids and adults alike.
If your looking for a true "Spanish" holiday, where you can embrace the real feel of Spain, then this is the place for you. Enjoy sleepy Siesta's, interesting Tapa's and the company of friendly Spaniards.
Torrevieja area / Aguas Nuevas area
Torrevieja is a bustling market town with a very lively town centre. Markets are held every night in Torrevieja, a truly alluring experience where you can get anything from a leather wallet to custom inscribed bracelet . Behind these markets there is a resident fun fair, perfect place for the kids to have fun. Also there is a captivating marina and harbour, beautiful during those peaceful after dinner walks.
Torrevieja has a buzzing and atmospheric nightlife. One of the world most renowned club's (La Pacha, yes its also in Ibiza!) is in Torrevieja. If your "kids" are gone by the age of water parks, then that is the place for them. There are also restaurants and bars which cater for all tastes. From our own experience of dining in Torrevieja, i would recommend asking the locals for the best places to eat. A short stroll can reveal the most beautiful little restaurants and a very reasonable price.
Torrevieja itself is surrounded by two natural salt lakes, in which you can swim or relax in the mud bathes. Nearby there is also a large Water park (Aguapolis) where your children can have the time of their lives and you can doze on a sun chair. With all the kids activities comes the best, the beaches. The beaches in and around Torrevieja have been awarded the prestigious "blue flag" for water quality and cleanliness for many years running.
How to get there
The closest airports to Torrevieja are Alicante and Murcia. Both are 40 - 45 km by car, around a 40 minute drive. We provide our own detailed directions from both airports to all our clients, so no hassle finding our house before your holiday!
Car hire can be arranged through Carjet.com. A reliable car rental company at both Alicante and Murcia Airports. We use them every time we go to Torrevieja and would recommend them if you are intending to rent out a car.

Further details indoors: There is a large lounge with two sofa's to chill on during the Siesta. A dining area with circular table and six chairs. Kitchen is fully equipped with all necessities. Ceiling fans give a refreshing gust of air, and if needed the air-conditioning gives instant cooling.
All linen, towels and kitchen towels provided. Cool box, and all children's beach toys are provided in the villa. Beach towels are also provided.
Rear front terrace have patio furniture where you can sit down and have a cup of coffee in the morning or a night cap before bed. Great area to eat breakfast and watch the world go by. Security grills are fitted on all windows and doors throughout for your peace of mind throughout the holiday.
Further details outdoors: Private off street parking. There is a bus stop just down the street, less than a minute's walk and it will take you directly into Torrevieja, stopping at a number of streets along its way. Only a Euro each way and stops every hour. Also, a large supermarket is just a short walk away and it will accommodate for all your needs.
