Thankyou for taking the time to look at this property, We have tried to think of every thing we can to make this propeRty home from home but without the hassle of having to get up and go to work or think about anything other than relaxing. ALL PRICES INCLUDE WELCOME PACK CLEANING AND LINEN FEES SO NO HIDDEN EXTRAS The property is located within easy reach of bars and eateries, we have placed some information in the property for you to read through should you choose to stay with us. The supermarket is only a short walk so getting all the essentials is no problem, or if you would like to relax and be waited on then our property manager will be quite happy to collect the shopping you require to keep you going for the week she only charges a very small ammount for her time. The Beach is a 25 minute walk although there is a small bus of which will stop at the local bars around the corner then drop you near or at the beach,(where you can also link to other buses to main torrevieja town) There are also english speaking taxi drivers Again we have placed information that you will need on the transport in the apartment for your use. We chose this property due to the location and the choice of holiday you can have, the apartment is set in an area within easy rech to everything giving a holiday for everyone wether you are active and like water sports or sport in general such as Scuba iving, Go Karting, Fishing, Swimming, or you may prefer to spend time lounging around the pool or the local beaches. Those who drive can gain easy access to the motorway or the main coast rd allowing you to venture inland or along the coast to see more of the real spain. Again we have placed information for your use such as maps, Ideas of attractions and places to visit, and the contact information of tourist information of areas such as Torrevieja, San miguel, San Pedro and so on. The property has the home comforts of english tv, Kettle toaster and Microwave, We have a bathroom wuith over bath shower and a separate shower room this helps if there are ladies in the group giving more mirrors.The bedrooms are one with double bed and the second with two singles. Baby cots can be provided at the cost of around 15 euros, these do need booking in advance, OUtside you can enjoy a relaxing loung on the roof terrace or in the heat of the afternoon you can sit in the smaller terrace from the lounge in the shade.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Costa Blanca is recognised as being a very healthy climate, that combined with the numerous salt lakes makes it the second healthiest place in the world to live, the first being Salt Lake City in Utah USA.The beautiful beaches of Costa Blanca cover approximately 100km of coast line. With their white sand and rocky coves, many of these holding European Blue Flags to enable you to identify cleanliness and safety. Life guards and Red Cross stations can also be found along the beaches during the summer months for any incidents that may occur. If wildlife is your interest, you will enjoy a visit to the various national parks & salt lakes around Torrevieja, where pink flamingos among many different birds can be found bathing. The Costa Blanca has something for everyone. From theme parks (Terra Mitica), Aqualandia, and mundamar zoo, to salt lakes, mud baths to historic buildings and museums. Outdoor pursuits such as pony trekking, hiking, cycling & mountain biking are very popular, with the excellent weather making this possible all year round For people who enjoy speed on land or water, you could try go-karting or quad biking, Jet Ski’s or Water Skiing, at one of the various venues around the Costa Blanca. You may want to take a boat trip to view Spain from the sea or even dine on a floating restaurant and glass bottomed boats, if this isn’t close enough to marine life, you may want to have a go at scuba-diving. So wherever you choose to stay Playa Flamenca, Punta Prima, Dream Hills, Campoamor, Cabo roig, Torrevieja or other areas along the coast or inland you are never too far away from activities to suit you.
Torrevieja area / Dream Hills area
Torrevieja is a town with a number of restaurants and shops, The town is situated on the med coast with fantastic sandy beaches, You can enjoy the daily market stalls along the front or visit the regular Friday market which as a large number of stalls, You can enjoy eating outside the eateries while overlooking the sea. Around the dream hills area you are within easy reach of numerous eateries form around the world including Spanish, English, Hngarian, and indian chniese food etc. There are lots of places to enjoy a quiet drink or a night on the toen at clubs such as Pacha with their famous foam parties, The whole family is welcome at the eateries and local bars helping you enjoy the entertainment and relax without having to worry about what the time is. There are places such as Zippa Dee do Dahs where there is a bar and play area for the children, Other places to visit are the local Market on saturday in Playa Flamenca, There are Markets daily up and down the coast all within easy reach from the apartment.
How to get there
Many budget airlines fly direct from the Uk to Alicante or Murcia Airports, Airlines such as Ryan Air and Jet 2. Car hire companies are of manny but Lara, Avis and goldcar are a few to choose from, If You are not wanting to drive while away then transfers from a regsitered company can be arranged or if you know some spanish you woudl be able to jump in one of the may taxis at the airport.

Further details indoors: Inside the property you will find all you need to help you relax from the start, We have left a few lagers and a bottle of white wine in the fridge for you to sit and relax immediately. You come into the lounge diner which is Fresh and welcoming, From the lounge is a double patio door ; leads to the first balcony where you can relax and enjoy dining in the warm fresh air. Back into the lounge to discover the rest of the proeprty, You will have full use of the kitchen which is complete with all utensils and crockery, microwave and pans etc. basically home form home, (if there is anything you need for the kitchen please contact our keyholder who will purchase small items or contact us regarding larger items for future) in the kitchen there is a small window again bringing the bright sunshine into the property. The main bedroom is complete with bed linen and towels for your use, We have a built in wardrobe. There again is a window to allow you to wake in the morning open the blind and say good morning to blue skies. The second bedroom is of similar size but has two single beds of whih can be moved to make room for cots or to make up as a double bed. The bedroom is again light and welcoming with a window to enable you to awake to the glorious skies and sunshine. Further details outdoors: From the lounge walk out onto the balcony,take a few deep breaths of the fresh airof the costa blanca containing the natural minerals from the near by salt lakes making the area the second healthiest in the World, this benefits those with breathing problems. Take a little walk up the steps to the roof to find a very large Roof solarium (terrace) where you can spend most of the day wether it is to lounge around get the kids paddliing pool out and watch them enjoy themselves or to have the bbq in the sun, The view from here is extroadinary. You can see for miles accross the area, stand up high and again take in the fresh air and views then get sat down and relax.

We do not allow smoking in the apartment although we do have ashtrays for use outside, We do not allow pets in the property and would like to limit to couples and families but for any other groups eg golf groups please contact me

This property does have some steps up to the main entrance door and again up to the roof so Please If you have difficulty climbing stairs contact me and we will discuss what we can do for you.
