Home description
Our home in Spain is a two bedroom apartment on a private complex with private parking and automated entrance for cars and pedestrians. Both of the bedrooms are en suite and the apartment has a private roof terrace with a gazebo, table , 6 chairs, sun loungers and BBQ.
The lounge has satellite TV with a double sofa bed and leads onto a balcony, as does the master bedroom. Both of the bedrooms have twin beds with en suite facilities. The apartment is air conditioned and heated with both bathrooms having heated floors. There is also a fully fitted kitchen.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
With 320 days of sunshine per year, the La Zeina area of the Costa Blanca is ideal for family holidays or golfing breaks. There are five excellent beaches with bars, all within a 5 minutes drive. For golfers there are four superb golf courses within 15 minutes. The area has a huge variety of bars, restaurants and clubs to suit every taste and budget If you wish a more leisurely holiday then browsing the daily local markets may be for you ot visit the regional towns of Cartagena, Murcia or Torrevieja.
Torrevieja area / Alameda Del Mar area
The main attraction are the fantastic beaches and the sea. Although, after a day on the beach there the many bars and restaurants to visit to relax in the evening. Many of these have live music for your enjoyment
How to get there
All budget airlines fly from many regional airports to either Alicante or Murcia - happy days! Both of these airports offer car hire and the apartment is only 40 minutes from either airport. We can also arrange airport transfers from either airport or you can hire a car locally if you wish.

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the advertiser's discretion.
All rentals have a non returnable deposit of £100 plus a £100 breakage deposit cheque which is returnable after departure and the apartment is okay.
There will be an additional cleaning / laundry charge of 45 / 65 euros per week / fortnight rental period.
Final balance is payable 8 weeks prior to the holiday and we accept payment by bank transfer or cheque GBP.
All rentals have towels, linen and cleaning included within the rates. Two week rentals have two sets of linen and towels provided on arrival. [extra 20 euros for laundry etc on departure]
November, December, January & February long term lets are £500 per month + bills.
Towels and linen included for the first week.
