There is a tiled porch area at the front of the property plus a large roof terrace for alfresco dining. The property has the use of 2 communal pools which are located to the rear of the property along with the large gardens. The location of the house is ideal for a beach or golf holiday.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca has a wonderful climate, with over 300 days of sunshine each year and very low rainfall. It is the perfect location for a relaxing summer holiday or a well earned winter break. Sunshine is virtually guaranteed from May to October so it is not necessary to confine visits to the popular months of July and August. In the months of December and January the Costa Blanca normally enjoys some beautiful sunny days, so it is a great place to take a break away from the dismal weather of the UK and other north European countries. With an average year round temperature of 24°C. According to the World Health Organisation the area has the "healthiest climate in the world". This is caused by the combination of constant year round warm temperatures and the two huge salt lakes rich in minerals of "Laguna de la Mata" (now a conservation area) and the "Salina de San Miguel" that surround Torrevieja. The natural salt lakes dry the air, therefore reducing humidity and producing a healthy atmosphere beneficial for people who suffer with chest problems, arthritis, rheumatism etc. These lakes are also home to a host of wildlife including large flocks of flamingos.
The Costa Blanca also has some of the best beaches in Spain and they are usually very well cared for and safe. There are a large number of ‘blue flag’ beaches and these are normally cleaned every day and will often have life-guards on duty during the busy summer months. Some of the more popular beaches can get very busy during July and August but if you take some time to explore a little, you may find quiet and isolated beaches even during the high season.
Overall the Costa Blanca has much to offer holidaymakers and tourists of all types, fine beaches for sun lovers, watersports facilities are in abundance. Golf enthusiasts are well catered for with courses varying from comfortable to challenging and all excellently designed. For culture lovers there are ancient towns and cities and wonderful natural parks for nature lovers. Try a visit some time soon and enjoy a little of what the Costa Blanca has to offer.
Torrevieja area / Los Altos/Punta Prima area

There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, including the commercial complex Via Park 3, 20 minute walk, with a variety of restaurants, including Spud Murphy’s fish and chip restaurant, Gran Chino Chinese and Shivuum Indian restaurant, several English bars, including Maddison’s Sports ar a Quicksave supermarket, Butterflies tea room and the Post Room which offers internet access. Via Park 5, 20 minute walk, with Chinese restaurant, Indian restaurant, Stallions a Ia carte, the Cavern pub and a really nice wine bar - All ar Sue. English supermarket and more English bars. You can walk to the many restaurants at Punta Prima, which has 2 Chinese restaurants, including Dinastia, Ghandi’s Indian restaurant, a German restaurant, Puccini’s Italian restaurant, Rogues carvery and Rogues Fish bar. Patio Andaluz Spanish restaurant with lots of atmosphere and flamenco dancing 2 nights a week is located at the Punta Prima Commercial centre along with a Wok uffet, Greta Garbos a Ia carte restaurant, coffeshop and a Subway. Overlooking the sea, at Punta Prima, you have the Nautilus restaurant and Punta Prima Restaurants, both Spanish and both highly recommended
Come to La Cinuelica/ Punta Prima and enjoy the best of everything! The Town House is situated near the coast where there are numerous bays, beaches and lagoons to explore nearby. These range from shady palm forest picnic areas to larger beaches with cafes and children's' play facilities. Linking all these is a lovely coastal walk. Meanwhile in nearby Torrevieja [5km] the splendid promenade offers a huge choice of eating places, bars, entertainments, shops, markets, beaches with all facilities, a marina, aquapark and watersports. Further afield visit Alicante city and castle, Elche with its palm forest and historic Orihuela to make the holiday complete. Golf enthusiasts are well catered for with over 5 golf courses within a few minutes drive, varying from comfortable to challenging and all excellently designed. Watersports facilities are in abundance all along the coast, ranging from scuba diving off the nearby island of Tabarca, to sailing ,wind-surfing and water skiing on the Mar Menor

Fly to Murcia [San Javier] or Alicante - The town House is easy to get to from either. A wide choice of cheap flights is available at both these airports from Ryanair, BMI Baby, EasyJet etc.

The living/dining room has a three seater sofa and a 2.5 seater sofa bed, sideboard, wooden coffee table, occasional table, wall unit with ornaments, lamp, stereo, 2 ceiling fan lights, coasters, wooden dining table and four chairs. The window looks out to the front of the property.
The fully fitted and tiled kitchen has a fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, juicer, hot water tank, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The kitchen has a window looking to the rear of the property and a door leading to the outside galleria.
There is a downstairs shower-room with shower tray and curtain, sink, mirror and window. Both bedrooms are located on the first floor along with the bathroom.
The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobe with hangers and 2 hanging storage units, 2 bedside cabinets with 2 drawers, 2 bedside lamps, ceiling fan light, mirror and 2 blankets for the winter. Air-conditioning is included in the rental price. A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking. The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival. A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.Bed linen and 1 bath towel per person will be provided.
