The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
COAST/BEACH The nearest beaches of Punta Prima, Mar Azul, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Campoamor and Cabo Roig are just 5 minutes drive away. (Punta Prima beach is 15/20 mins walk away.)
With many beautiful sandy beaches on this coast you can visit a different one each day of your holiday. To the south of Torrevieja low cliffs protect a continuous series of coves and small sandy beaches. To the north of the town there are miles of golden beaches backed by pine and palm clad dunes. The area has some of the best Blue Flag beaches and most have facilities such as Volleyball nets and play areas for children.
Torrevieja area / Playa Flamenca area
PLAYA FLAMENCA Just a15 minute walk from your villa will bring you to Playa Flamenca Commercial Centre with a huge selection of restaurants and bars.
LA FLORIDA A 5 minute walk from your villa will take you to the Gama supermarket which sells a selection of English and continental foods. There is a selection of bars and restaurants here too. The Abbey Tavern is a great place for evening entertainment. The pretty beer garden at the rear is a lovely place to relax. They cater for children by often providing a bouncy castle free of charge. The live entertainment is also free of charge. If you need to access your emails or the children just cannot live without a computer, the Internet cafe here can be very useful.
TORREVIEJA The town of Torrevieja is just a 10 minute drive away. The towns shops are open in the evening until about 8pm, but remember they close for siesta in the afternoon. Stroll along the front in the evening and pick up a bargain on one of the market stalls. The shopping mall of Las Habaneras is open all day until 10pm, here you will find shops such as H&M, C&A and Zara. Just across the road from Las Habaneras is a Casino, Ten Pin Bowling Alley, and a selection of restaurants.
GOLF For golf fanatics the area boasts some of the finest golf courses on the Costa Blanca. The closest being Villamartin (just 10 minutes drive away), Campoamor and Las Ramblas all within a 10 - 15 minute drive away. La Finca golfcourse is aproximately a 20 minutes drive away.
AQUAPARKS There are 2 aquaparks, one in Torrevieja and the other in Quesada.
MARKETS Torrevieja and its surrounding areas have daily markets varying in size. For the bargain hunters you can shop at a different market every day of the week. The local market in Playa Flamenca is held on a Saturday

The American style kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave and all crockery and utensils that you may require. All appliances are new.
The laundry room has a washing machine and large capacity boiler.
There is a very large bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed and a single bed, wardrobe and air conditioning.
Also on the ground floor is a very spacious walk-in shower room with double size shower, WC and wash basin. The ground floor bedroom and shower room is ideal for people with limited mobility.
Marble stairs lead to the first floor bedrooms and family bathroom. The master bedroom has a huge double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and airconditioning. The third bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside table, wardrobe and air conditioning.
The bathroom has a full size bath with overhead shower, WC, bidet and wash basin.
Also on the first floor is the conservatory which leads to the large first floor terrace. The conservatory has a sofabed and armchair. A lovely quiet place to relax with a book. The terrace is ideal for sunbathing.
The marble stairs continue to the top floor room where there is another sofabed. Double patio doors lead to the roof terrace with views of the surrounding area. There is a cold water outdoor shower, perfect for cooling off in the heat of the day.
The patio and garden has a double size patio table with chairs and a brick built BBQ for outdoor entertaining. The villa has plenty of sunloungers and garden chairs for your use.
Further details outdoors: Since most of your time is likely to be spent outdoors, this villa provides excellent facilities.
There are 3 separate outdoor areas.
The walled and gated garden is paved and has lovely tropical plants. There is a brick built BBQ and patio furniture for your use.

Conditions
We request a deposit of £100 to secure the booking and then the final payment to be paid 6 weeks prior to your holiday.
We will personally meet you on your arrival and will provide you with our contact details should you need our help whilst you are here.
We do not ask guests to leave early on their departure date unless we have other guests arriving on the same day, in which case we will request that you leave by 11am to give us time to clean the villa for the incoming guests.
