Home description
The villa is furnished in a modern style with all the home appliances required to enjoy a self-catering holiday. It has a fully fitted kitchen with oven & hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, toaster and microwave. Satelite Digital T.V. is installed with everything from your favourite soaps through to all sports and movies. Air conditioning is fitted through out with heating available for the chillier winter nights.
The pool is 10 Mtrs away with a beautiful grassed area enhanced with palm trees.Nearby children's play area and picturesque landscaped areas.Shops, bars and restaurants are a short walk away.Water park is approx 15 mins away with a choice of 4 beaches two with all watersports within 3km.
For the golfer: The villa is situated within the “golf triangle” there are three top class courses within 10 minutes and 12 within a 30minute drive 5 of these are championship courses. Reduced green fees, club hire and minibus transport available to enable you to enjoy your trip the opportunity of two further properties enable groups of 4-16 to be in the same location. Lots of lively nightlife 1.5k away in Cabo Roig.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
There is much to see and do all year round on the Costa Blanca coast from beaches to traditional Spanish lifestyle in local villages where somethings have not changed for years.
Southern Costa Blanca is a major attraction for both beach lovers and golfers alike and offers all year – round sun and a climate which has been described as one of the healthiest in the world.
For the golfer: La,Manga, Villamartin, La, Finca, Campamour, Las,Ramblas and many more near by.
Torrevieja area / Campoamor/Mil Palmeras area
The town of Torrevieja is approximately a 15 miniute drive away and here you can take a dip in the sea or stroll along the beachfront espalande. Also on the sea front you can browse at the craft market. In the evening the town comes alive with its nightlife and small fun fair. Just outside the town is the Nature Reserve and the salt lakes home to the native flamingos.
For the younger members there is a waterpark and go-karts plus many water sports. Every Saturday there is a large street market in Playa Flamenca which is well worth a visit for just about everything.
How to get there
To reach the villa you can fly into either Alicante 45km or Murcia 25km airport transfers can be arranged if you choose not to hire a car. Local car hire is available which is cheaper than hiring at the airport.

CAR HIRE / AIRPORT PICK-UP * Airport pick-up can be arranged at time of booking. It is more economical in some cases to hire a car locally once you arrive at the villa if you only want it for a few days to suit your requirements. * Car hire is not essential but recommended, three good sites to visit are: www.carjet.com, www.holidayautos.com and www.es-car-hire.com.
