Torrevieja area / Dream Hills area

Via Park 3 with its many bars and restaurants; Shivum Indian, Gran Chino Chinese, Liberty's bar and restaurant, Madison's Sports Bar, Butterflies Tea Rooms, Spud Murphys Fish and Chips, Rendevous Cafe, Lime Bar, Two Tone Bar, Someplace Else bar and restaurant, Honey's bar and restaurant, Oliver's English Supermarket, Mail Room with internet access 5 mins walk.

Via Park 5 commercial complex with an Indian Restaurant, Chinese Restaurant, Bars, Wine Bar, Stallion's A la carte restaurant, English supermarket are a 10 minute walk.

Villamartin golf course, is approx 8 - 10 mins drive. Campoamor golf course and Las Ramblas golf course, approx 10 mins drive. Algorfa - La Fina, approx 30 mins drive on roads lined with orange and lemon groves.

Golden sand beaches approx 10 mins drive.

Torrevieja town approx 10 mins drive with shopping complex; Las Habaneras, Waterpark, Pacha nightclub, casino, ten pin bowling, marina, submarine, boat trips.

Murcia airport approx 35 mins drive. Alicante approx 45 mins drive.

Ideal location for golfers families, couples, golfers. Sorry unsuitable for wheelchair access due to the stairs up to the apartment.

Flights to Murcia or Alicante airport. Murcia approx 30 mins drive. Alicante 45 mins drive.

The property is located on the 1st floor so benefits from the large roof top solarium ideal for sunbathing or al fresco dining.

Through the front door, with door grill, you have the air-conditioned comfortable living/dining room with 3 seater sofa-bed, dining table and 4 chairs, television with approx 30 English channels (BBC1, BBC2, ITV1,2 and 3, Sky Movies, Sky Sports 1-3, Sky One, Sky News etc) and approx 15 radio stations, DVD player (a few DVD's are available), Playstation 2 (with a few games), wall unit, mirror, coffee table, curtains.

The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, electric oven and ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, washing machine, electric juicer, crockery, cutlery, saucepans and cooking utensils.

The balcony has 2 bamboo effect chairs and table, ideal seating area for those warm summer evenings with a glass of sangria.

The property has 2 bedrooms, the main air-conditioned bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobe with hangers, chest of 4 drawers, mirror, bedside tables with 2 drawers, blanket for the winter months, curtains.

The second air-conditioned bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside table with 2 drawers, mirror, fitted wardrobe, chest of 4 drawers, hangers and mirror, 3 pictures, 2 blankets for the winter.

There is an additional fitted wardrobe with a chest of 4 drawers, in the passageway for guests who are using the sofa bed.

There are 2 bathrooms. Main bathroom with bath and over the bath shower, bath screen, toilet, sink, mirror, bidet and window.
