About the home

Need some relaxing time in the sun? Then this south facing semi-detached villa will be ideal for your retreat. It has a large patio, roof solarium and terrace for al fresco dining.

There is a large living/dining room, 2 bedrooms, double bed and 2 single beds, fitted kitchen.

Air conditioning and English tv channels (via private satellite dish so no fear of being cut off), so no missing those football matches or soaps whilst on holiday.

Close proximity to bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

Through the front door you have the air-conditioned living/dining room which comprises 3 seater and 2 seater sofa, wooden coffee table, wall unit, sideboard, 2 side tables, table lamp, pictures, large mirror, ceiling fan light, dining table and 4 chairs. The window, with curtains, looks out onto the front of the property. For entertainment there is a television with DVD player and CD player built into it (combination TV), English TV channels via Private satellite dish (you won't get cut off!). Please bring your own DVDs and CDs.

The archway at the end of the dining room takes you into the fully tiled kitchen with wooden units and marble worktop. There is a fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, saucepans, cutlery, crockery and glasses.

The glass door to the side of the kitchen leads out into the galleria area with washing machine and hot water heater.

Off of the living room and through the archway will take you to the main bedroom and bathroom.

The main air-conditioned bedroom has a double bed, 2 bedside tables with drawers, fitted wardrobe, hangers, 2 bedside lamps, chest of drawers (inside wardrobe), picture, floor standing fan, 5 pillows. The window, with curtains, looks out onto the front of the property.

The main bathroom has a bath, over the bath shower, shower curtain, toilet, bidet, sink, vanity unit, mirror, bin, rubber bath mat, towel rail, towel ring. The window looks out onto the side of the property.

Off of the living/dining room there is a door which takes you into the second bedroom which has 2 single beds, 1 bedside table with drawer, lamp, fitted wardrobe with hangers, picture, 4 pillows, floor standing fan, chest of drawers (inside wardrobe). The window, with curtains, looks out onto the side of the property.

Further details outdoors:
Going back out of the property and to the side of the property you have stairs that lead up to the roof top solarium with views of the sea and Torrevieja. The rooftop solarium has a patio table, 2 chairs and 4 sunloungers.

There is a gas bbq for your use.

Located in an area that the World Health Organisation rate as one of the healthiest places in the world due to the combination of 320 days of annual sunshine and the benefits of the nearby salt lakes.

The Torrevieja Area / Los Altos, Torrevieja area

Walking distance from the property you have ….

Several supermarkets including; Carrefour, Consum (2), Lidl, Aldi.

There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, including the commercial complex Via Park 3, 20-25 minute walk, with a variety of restaurants, including Spud Murphy’s fish and chip restaurant, Gran Chino Chinese, Ghandi Indian restaurant, Liberty’s Bar and grill. Several English bars, including Damo’s, Tony's Music Bar, Welcome Inn, Lime Bar. A Quicksave English supermarket, Butterflies tea room, Rendezvous newspaper shop (also sells food) the Post Room which offers internet access.

Via Park 5, 25 minute walk, with Chinese restaurant, Stallions, the Cavern pub and a really nice wine bar – All Bar Sue. English supermarket and more English bars.

You can walk to the many restaurants at Punta Prima, which has 2 Chinese restaurants, (including Dinastia), Ghandi’s Indian restaurant, a German restaurant, Puccini’s Italian restaurant, Roberto’s. There are also several bars, many offering entertainment.

Patio Andaluz Spanish restaurant with lots of atmosphere and flamenco dancing 2 nights a week is located at the Punta Marina Commercial centre (booking is recommended for the Flamenca nights during the summer period - it is very popular).

Also at the Punta Marina commercial complex (15-20 mins walk) you have a Wok Buffet, Piazza II, Captain's Table fish and chip restaurant and Subway sandwich bar. There is also a supermarket, Consum, Shoe b Shoe (shoe shop), pharmacy, cosmetic shop, an electrical shop, English clothes shop, hairdressers, petrol station and McDonalds.

Punta Prima beach is about a 20 minute walk.

Golf courses are approximately 10-15 minutes drive. There are 4 courses; Las Ramblas, Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor and La Finca (at Algorfa).

There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the villa; La Mata, Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.

The town of Torrevieja is a 10 minute drive away and is a bustling Spanish town with many shops, a long promenade and many restaurants, bars and cafes. On Fridays there is a huge street market and fiestas are a feature during several months of the year.

The area also has a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis - open May - September).

Pacha nightclub is situated near the water park.

Jet skiing (summer only) at Campoamor. Horse-riding, go-karting on the N332 near Playa Flamenca, all within a 10 minute drive.
