Alicante offers countless sightseeing attractions, from cathedrals to churches and of course a wonderful harbour area. The city invites you to take a trip along the coast or to the wonderful island of Tabarca. Additionally to sightseeing, directly from the harbour area a long wide sandy beach leads its way up to San Juan. Just drop your towel in the sand and enjoy a wonderful day at the sun.

Torrevieja is an old fishing town, with its own harbour and small fishing fleet, market and funfair. There are restaurants by the sea and a new development with Hypermarket, Bowling, Cinema, Amusements and a selection of restaurants just outside. Bounded by the beautiful Mediterranean on one side and thousands of acres of fruit groves inland, the scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and within moments you can be driving in picturesque open countryside, where Trips to Alicante (promenade), Elche (park of palms), Murcia (Gardens, theatre), Cartagena (Roman settlement), Mar Menor (inland sea), La Manga and hiking in the mountains are all within an hours drive on modern roads with little traffic.
The tourist town of Torrevieja is 10 minutes drive away or can easily be reached by public transport, which can take you directly to the main bus station where it is possible to venture further a field if desired. Torrevieja itself has a wealth of activities from museums to boat trips that can be taken from the port area. The market in Torrevieja is a must if you want to soak up the real Spanish atmosphere - every Friday morning - best to go early though. Or you can enjoy walking around the large Saturday morning market within a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Or travel to Punta Prima and Cabo Roig located near by with beautiful beaches and coves to explore. Drive west and enjoy the pine-clad hillsides, the citrus orchards, the olive and almond groves, and the impressive palm trees that complete the lush landscape

In the main area of this Air- Conditioned apartment you have the lounge area which is equipped with a 3 piece leather suite which consists of 3 seater, 2 seater and armchair, TV with UK channels including radio channels, coffee table. Dining area with table and 4 chairs, spanish style dresser. Quality furniture is used throughout.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven, hob and microwave. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect. Utility room with washing machine

There is also a returnable damage deposit. For longer winter breaks, reduced rates are negotiable. All prices include electricity, linen and water, please supply own beach towels. There is a one off cleaning charge of 45 euros payable on arrival. Cot and Highchair hire are also available.
