Our new luxury apartment , with a fantastic view to the Mediterranean sea, is alarmed. Has marble floors all over, fully equipped ,with air conditioning(hot and cold) in all rooms, and is situated in an exclusive 5 star development. Accessibility to the two beaches nearby is simple ,and it is only 100 - 200 meters from the property.
There is two restaurants on the the beach(Nautilus and Punta Prima) .At the restaurant Punta Prima , there is entertainment every week-end.
The property is about 400 meters from many shops and restaurants, making the location perfect - not only for relaxation, but also for convenience.
In addition to this, there are 3 good quality golf courses within a 10 to 15 minute drive from the apartment, making it ideal for the golfing enthusiast.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The southern Costa Blanca is mostly flat with fine sandy beaches, palm trees and salt lakes. The south is much drier and more typical of what a person who has never visited Spain would expect to see.

It has something for everyone from tiny rural inland villages to cosmopolitan tourist resorts on the coast such as Benidorm. Alicante is a large vibrant town with a large marina and major department stores such as El Corte Ingles. were you can purchase designer clothes etc- definitely not to be missed.

Climate....
The summers are dry and hot, the winters very mild- you can really be only one place:The Costa Blanca.
It is claimed the area has more than 320 days a year of bright sunshine - not many holiday destinations can claim that and be so simple to travel to.

The climate within Torrevieja and Punta Prima is generally slightly more agreeable than the rest of the Costa Blanca.This is because the mountains are father away from the coast and this generates a pleasant breeze in the heat of the day. The Torrevieja Salt lakes help to make the area one of the healthiest places in Europe( according to the World Health Organization).

Average temperatures rage from approximately 18 deg C in January to 32 deg C in midsummer. It is ideal for golfing breaks throughout the winter period, with an almost guaranteed supply of sunshine all year around.



Beaches...
A Few minutes walk takes you to the beach of Punta Prima, or the restaurant Nautilus, serving a great menu, set on the seafront of Punta Prima with views over the Mediterranean sea. In addition to this there is an impressive promenade being built.
The main beaches to the South are, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Campoamor, many of wich have been awarded the Blue Flag. Here you will find much activity with beach bars, restaurants of all cuisines , and of course many Spanish bars offering the excellent Paella`s & famous Tapas. Walking from Punta Prima towards Torrevieja you have the fantastic, hidden sand dunes of Mar Azul.



Golf and Sports...
Playa Flamenca is every golfer`s Mediterranean dream, with 3 beautiful championship courses of international prestige within a short drive from the apartment.
The fabulous Villamartin is a frequent venue for the Mediterranean Open.
Campoamor, set amongst the palm and pine trees and Las Ramblas, another magnificent course, is a real test of your golfing ability.
Within a 30 minutes drive radius, you can select from another 8 courses, each with its own unique design, including the wold famous La Manga and La Finka courses. All are challenging, but are most enjoyable to play.

Other sporting activities nearby include: Tennis, Horse Riding & various watersports including sailing.


Local Activities....
If the family would like a change from playin by the pool or on the beach, way not visit the Aquopolis water park in Torrevieja ( open summer months), safari park ( near Santa Pola ), caves( at Canelobre) ,the city Elche with it`s shoe factory, the historic city of Murcia or the city Benidorm.
Why not try a day in the beautiful countryside and enjoy the mountains, pine woods, olive and almond trees, orange and lemon groves plus 2 large salt lakes.
Alternatively, way not take a trip to the beautiful, unspoilt, Isla Tabarca ( Tabarca Island ) from Torrevieja marina or a coast line boat trip.You can fish, go jet ski or go riding at the many riding stables around.
There is also ten- pin bowling and even quad biking and go-karting for the more adventurous.

Torrevieja itself, has so much to offer, with a wonderful marina, a large promenade full of activity with daily/nightly market, a funfair and loots of restaurants. There is also a fabulous choice of shops.

The area truly has something to offer for everyone...

Both bedrooms have floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes. The main bedroom has an en -suite ,with his and her;s wash basins.The second bathroom has a walk in shower.Both bathrooms have underfloor heating for extra comfort for cold periods, controlled individually.
The kitchen has granite work tops. Cutlery and plates supplied to cater for up to 6 persons.The kitchen leads to utility area where the washer/ dryer is installed.
Reverse cycle air conditioning throughout the whole apartment ,which can be switched to central heating during the winter months.
The apartment is very spacious with a total of 104 sq.
This is a no smoking apartment, however smoking is permitted on the terrace.
Pets not allowed.

La Recoleta has security controlled gates with entry phone video system.It is patrolled 24 hours by security guards and has security cameras around the the Development.There is secure underground parking place.
The apartment is located within impressive grounds incorporating beautiful landscaped gardens and two dynamic shared swimming pools and a wide decking area for sun loungers.
The fully furnished , and very sunny terrace, with the fantastic view to the Mediterranean sea,compliments the property to facilitate alfresco eating or to enable you to simply sit and anjoy the warm Spanish evenings or the early morning sun.
2, free to use large swimming pools 15 meters away, with sunbathing deck.One of pools is for children.
