This beautiful one bedroom apartment is located in the Villamartin area of Torrevieja, on an immaculate private complex, boasting the largest swimming pool in the area which is open throughout the year, and is surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens and paved sunbathing terraces.

The apartment is perfect for holidaymakers, families, golf enthusiasts and property purchasers as all requirements can be catered for, and is centrally located near fabulous Blue Flag beaches and beautiful golf courses.

The resort is also within walking distance of a 24 hour grocery store which sells all conveniences, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banks and internet cafes. A cheap bus service also visits the local beach.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Torrevieja is situated in Spain on the Costa Blanca and is 45 minutes drive south of Alicante Airport and 20 minutes drive north of Murcia Airport.

This vibrant town, is located between Alicante and Benidorm to the north, and the Mar Menor and La Manga to the south. Benidorm is within an hour and a half drive and La Manga is within a 30 minute drive.

There are numerous towns and villages along the coast, which are very typically Spanish, with lots of local restaurants available which sell delicious Spanish food. Not only is this area popular with foreign tourists, but it is also a very popular summer destination for the Spanish residents who live inland, who want to escape from the stifling heat, to the coastal towns which have cooling sea breezes.

The apartment is located in the Blue Lagoon area of Villamartin and is within a five minute drive from the renowned Campoamor, Villamartin and Las Ramblas Golf Courses and the Blue Flag beaches of La Zenia and Campoamor are located within a ten minute drive.

The apartment is within a short walking distance of a 24 hour grocery shop which sells all conveniences, bars, restaurants, banks, internet cafe and a small supermarket.

The popular Villamartin Plaza is within 5 minutes drive, and hosts a large number of multinational bars and restaurants.



Torrevieja area

Recently, Torrevieja has seen an influx in modern shopping facilities, and the new “Habaneras” Shopping Centre, has many modern shops from Zara and Mango to H & M.

Within Torrevieja town, you will find a multitude of traditional restaurants and bars.

The promenade night market, which is open seven nights a week, is bustling with stalls selling original oil paintings, to fantastic Spanish leatherware and jewellery. Also on the promenade, is a night time fun fair, which has both children’s and adults rides.

For the energetic, Torrevieja has activities which include golf courses, an aqua park, scuba diving, snorkelling, horse riding, go-karting, fishing, sailing and walking facilities. For those people who love to relax on holiday, the Blue Flag beaches, which extend along the whole coast line, are second to none!

Within the summer months, all the beaches have their own "beach bar", which sell refreshments and tapas and for the safety of holidaymakers, each beach has its own life guards.

All in all, Torrevieja is a fabulous location for families and couples alike, as there is an array of entertainment, and lots to see and do:

Inside, the apartment hosts a bright and airy interior which comprises a triple bedroom, kitchen area, dining area, living area and bathroom.

The triple bedroom has a double bed, a single bed, a double fitted wardrobe, two bedside tables with lamps and a chest of drawers.

The kitchen area is fully equipped and includes a hob, microwave/oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, washing machine, iron, ironing board, electric kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, crockery etc.

The dining area has a dining table and four chairs.

The living room area includes a double sofa bed, an electric cooler fan and an oil filled radiator. The apartment enjoys the benefit of Satellite Television and a Music System.

The bathroom is fully tiled with toilet, sink, bath and shower. All bathroom towels are provided. Please bring your own beach and pool towels.

Guests can relax in the large landscaped gardens located at Las Carolinas, where barbecue facilities, sunbathing terraces and smaller children's splash pool are available.

Alternatively, guests may wish to use the apartment's patio suite on the small private porch for 'al fresco' dining, which can be moved to the wider pavement area if desired, in line with typical Spanish tradition.

An airport taxi service or car hire booking service can be provided if required so please enquire.

We are very flexible with arrival and departure times, but during busy periods, we request that the apartment is vacated at noon, however if this is inconvenient, please do enquire as we will do our utmost to accommodate you.

A cot is available on request.

There are beautiful landscaped gardens and sunbathing terraces outside the apartment.

Parking facilities are available directly outside the apartment.

The prices are inclusive of a non-refundable booking deposit within three days of the reservation in order to confirm the booking. A refundable £50 damage deposit is payable and will be refunded when the keys are returned if no damage is caused to the apartment or its contents.

If required, an airport transfer is available and will cost 55 euros each way from Alicante and 30 euros each way from Murcia.
