Three bedroom, three bathroom, holiday housetown To Let in Playa Flamenca, South Costa Blanca, Spain.

This very nice, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse located in Playa Flamenca, is the perfect base for families wanting a central location near to shops and restaurants without staying in the centre of a town.

The property is spacious and offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is en-suite, living room, separate kitchen and utility area and front patio area.

There is also a very nice communal swimming pool for the urbanization.

On entering the property you find the living room which is equipped with 2 comfortable sofas that seat 5, an open fireplace, table and chairs to seat 4, matching wall units, television and video recorder. This room is fitted with air conditioning.

To the rear of the living room is the separate kitchen that is fully equipped for self-catering. All crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are supplied for 6 persons. There is a fridge freezer, oven, hob and microwave oven.

Leading from the back of the kitchen through the small yard is a separate utility room that houses the washing machine. Also in this room is a shower and toilet.

From the living room are the stairs to the first floor. There are 2 bedrooms and the main bathroom on this floor. From the first floor is another flight of stairs leading to the master bedroom and en-suite bathroom.

The master bedroom has a double bed, 2 bedside cabinets with table lamps and a chest of drawers for storage. The bedroom has built in wardrobes. To the left of the room is the en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, wash hand basin with mirror over and toilet. There is also a double sofa bed in the bedroom, which could convert it into a family room if required.

The second bedroom has a double bed, 2 bedside cabinets with table lamps, built in wardrobes and a sofa. Leading off the bedroom is a private terrace which looks out to the front of the property.

The third bedroom has twin beds, built in wardrobes and a chest of drawers for storage. Linen and towels are provided for use during your stay.

The main bathroom is located on the first floor and benefits from a full sized jacuzzi type bath with shower over. His and hers wash and basins with storage units under and mirror over and toilet.

Outside, to the front is a patio with table and chairs for outside living.

To the rear of the property on the urbanization is the communal swimming pool.

Car parking is to the front of the house on the street.

All in all, the house is ideally situated for a holiday near to the local amenities. There are ample shops, bars and restaurants nearby and the beach is within walking distance.

The Valenciana region

Playa Flamenca is in the centre of Orihuela Costa. It is located south of the well know town of Torrevieja and extends from Punta Prima in the North and to Mil Palmeras in the South, including the resorts of La Zenia, Campoamor and Cabo Roig, the golf courses of Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor.

With a superb beach, a newly refurbished promenade area, an excellent choice of rental accommodation and a great range of facilities, Playa Flamenca is an ideal spot for a family holiday, for relocation or just for weekend break away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life! Within walking distance is the newly opened and one of the biggest shopping malls and leisure centres in the area La Zenia Boulevard. At least three golf courses at your doorstep.

Playa Flamenca is part of Orihuela Costa, the most southerly stretch of the Costa Blanca on the east coast of Spain. The Costa Blanca runs south in the Alicante district from Denia, north of Benidorm, to Pilar de la Horadada on the border with Murcia district. There are loads of interesting places to visit for culture, history, shopping and so on. It is not only beaches and bars. There is so much more to see and do.

From here you can travel to Benidorm, Alicante, Orihuela, Cartagena, Murcia and Torrevieja, as well as many other smaller places.

Several Blue flag beaches are in walking distance and provide plenty of sun, sea and sangria for your vacation in Spain.

Playa Flamenca enjoys superb Mediterranian climate with hot summer, mild winters and low rainfall making it an ideal all year round resort. Playa Flamenca is within easy driving dostance from Murcia airport (San Javier) - 25 minutes, and Alicante airport (45 minutes). To the south of Playa Flamenca are the resorts of La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Campoamor, to the north, Zenlamor, Punta Primar and Torrevieja. The well known resort of Benidorm is approximately 1 hour drive from Playa Flamenca.

The food in Orihuela Costa is very varied and almost any type of cuisine is available in the many bars, cafes and restaurants along the coast. The choice is endless, and not expensive. You don't even have to take your car to have a wide range of great eating and drinking options to please everyone.

On Saturdays you will find the large street market which is very popular with visitors to Playa Flamenca. It also draws crowds from the entire area. The market is more spacious than the typical Spanish street market (starts 8am and finishes 2pm)

"The house and location was excellent!"

Booking the property was so easy and efficient, Jim Beveridge was excellent he replied to all my emails asking questions about the location, about the house etc. The house was spotlessly clean and tidy, bed linen and towels were also provided. It was like going from home to home. The shared pool was 2 minutes from the house, it was really well kept. Location was also excellent, there were a few restaurants and bars a 5 minute walk up the road, then the shopping centre La Zenia Boulevard was 15 minute walk, there were loads of shops, restaurants and also a large supermarket and there was entrainment on every night .There was also another place called The Flamenca Centre which consisted of bars and restaurants. A visit to an Italian restaurant called "Che" is a must as it does amazing food and reasonably priced as well. The beach is a 20 minute walk and is beautiful! The market on a Saturday is right outside your house and is great! Had an amazing time at "Casa Plamena" would definitely go back. Thank you Jim and Plamena!

"good value for money rental property close to all amenities"

well positioned clean tidy property close to shops,bars and restaurants.25 mins walk to the beach,5 mins by car 25mins from murcia airport ,well positioned to visit other parts of costa blanca ie la manga, benidorm,alicante. would recommend this property
