This beautifully furnished 2-bedroomed first floor apartment is situated in "Senorio de Punta Prima - La Entrada , which is without doubt one of the finest developments on the Southern Costa Blanca. Located on a 5 star complex this brand new apartment is set in an idylic location only a stones throw from one of the many white sandy beaches.
If golf is your passion, then look no further as there are no fewer than 6No championship courses that are within a 10 to 20 minute drive away.
The apartment is 73m2 in size with a 16m2 terrace overlooking the pool and golf couse, south facing to enjoy the sun from early morning to early evening. The apartment has been built to a very high specification which has dual air conditioning(cold & warm air) with marble floors which are heated in the 2No bathrooms for use especially during the winter. The balcony can be used from one of the bedrooms and from the living area via full width patio doors and shutters.
The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two singles. Both bedrooms feature large fitted wardrobes , mirrors and chest of drawers There are two bathrooms, one with access only from the main bedroom, and the other opposite the second bedroom. Both bathrooms have marble floors with under floor heating and shower screens. In the living area there are 2No leather settees, together with a coffee table , glass cabinets and shelving. Satellite Tv has been installed which provides more than 60 channels including Sky Sports and Movies, children's channells etc. A six seater dining table located between the lounge and kitchen that can be easily extended with comfortable leather padded chairs, which is situated adjacent to the kitchen are which comprises of a dishwasher, washing machine/clothes dryer, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave etc. Access to the apartment can be made via the staircase or the 2No lifts. The lifts also provide entry to the underground car parking area.
The whole complex and gardens are carefully maintained, along with the three swimming pools (one heated during winter)and as you can see with the photographs the apartment has been furnished to a high specification, to ensure your vacation is as tranquil as possible.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Costa Blanca the "White Coast" is renowned for its endless miles of white beaches, pleasant climate and blue skys. The Costa Blanca has more to offer than just sunshine and the sea. With just a small trip in the car you can find yourselves explooring the Many towns and cities that will give you a real insight on the Spanish culture and history. Some of these locations to visit are:
Alicante - the largest city in the Costa Blanca which is well worth a visit to explore the many shops and restaurants or to simply take a stroll down the international marina.
Elche with its famous palm groves,the old towns of Orihuela and Murcia, passing through the orange and lemon groves, or to visit the famous golden beaches at Guardamar.
If time isn't an option you may want to visit the famous Alhambra in Grenada which will take in the region of 2 1/2 to 3 hours drive
Also if you are a golf enthusiast the world famous "La Manga resort" is only 30 minutes away. Other golf courses nearby include the following :"Villa Martin, Las Ramblas, Campoamor, La Finca etc.
The Orihuela Coast has extensive facilities for all types of water sports at its Cabo Roig and Campoamor Marina's. These include water skiing, wind surfing, scuba diving, sailing. Also horse riding, tennis, crown green bowling are just a few other types of sports that are available in this area.
The Costa Blanca with its award from the World Health Organisations for its clean air and superb medical facilities, have made this location a favourable place for so many people to live.
Torrevieja area / Punta Prima area
Torrevieja is a seaside city located on the Costa Blanca in the province of Alicante in South East Spain. It lies about 30 miles away south of the city of Alicante and was originally a salt mining and fishing village as it is located between the sea and the two large salt lakes which give the area a heallthy micro climate.
An all year round town, Torrevieja has its own harbour and small fishing fleet. There is a wonderful indoor market which offers a tremendous selection of fish,fruit,meat and vegetables throughout the year. There are beautiful fountains, plazas,historic churches and promenades to provide a cultural interest. A causeway between the sea and the harbour has proved immensley popular with residents and visitors alike providing a fantastic stroll with an interupted view of the sea. Disabled visitors have also been well catered for with specially consructed ramps and platforms.
Punta Prima is just south of Torrevieja. The resort has two beautiful beaches which are only minutes from the apartment. The main beach is a short stroll and a more secleded beach adjacent to the Nautilus bar. The main beach is short walk to the left towards Torrevieja which is surrounded by Palm Trees.
With plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby with an unmissable outdoor market at nearby Playa Flamenca on Saturday mornings, Punta Prima has everything you could simply wish for.
How to get there
There are a wide range of cheap flights available, from companies such as Easy Jet, Ryan Air, Jet 2, B M I Baby etc
We can also provide transfers from Murcia (San Javier) 20 minutes and Alicante Airports 40 minutes, or put you in touch with a couple of competivley priced car rental companies.

The development is wheel chair friendly with plenty of walkways and paths throughout the complex, however the apartment hasn't been modified with special handrails etc
A non refundable deposit of 25% of the booking fee is required at the time of the booking.
A refundable damage deposit of £100.00 is required to cover the cost of any breakages/ damages. This money is to be paid at the time of the booking.On departure the property will be inspected by our property management team and the deposit will be refunded into your account when we have received confirmation that everything is satisfactory.
The balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to departure.
