Fully furnished two bedroom apartment with a roof terrace (solarium) where you can enjoy all day sun with a sea views. overlooking two communal swimming pool and a garden in a small, peacefull pedestrianised complex of la cinuelica R15.
The apartment is ideally situated for both beach and golfing holidays. A good variety of bars, restaurants and supermarkets are within easy walking distance.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Costa blanca refers to over 200 kilometres of coastline belonging to the province of Alicante in Spain. It extends from the town of denia in the north, beyond which lies the Costa de Valencia, to Torrevieja in the south, beyond which lies the costa Calida.
The city of Torrevieja is about 50 km south west of Alicante, reacheable via the road N332 . The area is famous for its healthy climate due to surrounding salt lakes.

Torrevieja area / Punta Prima, Torrevieja area

The nearest sandy beach being Punta Prima which is about 20 min walk. There are several other beautiful blue flag beaches within 5 min drive ...playa Flamenca, Superbe La Zenia and Campoamor.

There are many Golf courses in and around Torrevieja, all with fully qualified instructors, if needed, plus trolley, buggy and club hire. Some of the larger courses are:

There are many more golf courses within a 40 minute drive, La Manga and Alicante both offer other golf courses.

Beaches In Torrevieja, La Playa del Cura and Playa de los Locos are the most frequented by the locals in the summer months, whilst the lengthy La Mata beach is probably the town’s best beach because of the care taken in its conservation and the environment that surrounds it. The new boardwalk along this beautiful beach and its protected sand dunes with the typical Mediterranean pines, make for an excellent day at the beach. Other beaches in Torrevieja are: El Acequion, Las Rocas and La Playa Ferris. Further south is Punta Prima, which is a well maintained beach ( blue flag).

Also to be mentioned are Las Calas, where the rocky coast makes for very private places to sunbathe. Guardamar has one main beach which is as long as it is beautiful, with large sand banks, so the shallows go a long way into the sea.

How to get there

Alicante airport is approximately 40 minutes drive, Murcia (San Javier) 25 minutes.
Airport transfert and Car rental can be arrange at greater price on request.

A car is not essential when staying at this property, but advisable if you wish to explore the surrounding area further.

Two bedrooms, master bedroom with double bed, built in wardrobe with en suite bathroom with shower. Second bedroom has two single beds, buit in wardrobe.
The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, fridge frizer, oven and electric hob. crokery and dishes as well as a coffe maker, kettle, toaster.
Bathroom with shower, bath, WC, bidet and wash hand basin.
In the lounge there is a comfortable sofa, dining table and chairs.
Additional items; iron, ironing board, clothes airer, blankets for the winter.
Security grills has been fitted in addition to a full alarm system and a safe where you can put your valuables.
Secure underground Parking space is available to use at your convenience.
Air conditionning unit Split system Hot for the winter and Cold for the Summer ( 2 euros coin meter).
An XBox that can be used as a DVD with 24 various games to keep the spirit up.
Travel cot and highchair are available on request at good rate for family with a baby as well as a pushchair with cover.
English channel are available via communal satellite dish such BB1, e4, ITV1,ITV4, CBBC, CITV and many more.

The apartment offers 3 outdoor spaces for relaxing and dining, the top floor solarium, balcony overlooks two communal pools and a lower terrace. there is a patio table with 4 chairs.
As per pictures the swimming pool is few steps from entrance door cross a beautiful green garden. the nearest beach Punta Prima is 20 min walk. the nearest supermaket Mercadona is only 4 minutes walk.

There is a large selection of restaurant just 10 min walk as well as shops and bars.
At the back of the apartment there is a basketball court and football pitch as well as play area for small children.

No smoking in the apartment. please use ashtray provided outside.
No pets allowed.
£50 refundable breakages deposit required payable with balance payment. This will be refunded to you within few days of returning the keys assuming no losses/breakages have been incurred or replacements deemed necessary.
all prices include electricity and water.
Taxi service return is 70 euros from Alicante, 50 euros from Murcia.
There is only one off service charge of 40 euros payable on arrival to local agent for cleanning and laundry.
To welcome arrival after 20:00 hrs 15 euros.
