The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven and electric hob, crockery and dishes as well as a coffee maker, kettle, toaster.
Bathroom with shower, bath, WC, bidet and wash hand basin.
In the lounge there is a comfortable sofa, dining table and chairs.
Additional items; iron, ironing board, clothes airer, blankets for the winter.
Security grills has been fitted in addition to a full alarm system and a safe where you can put your valuables.
Secure underground Parking space is available to use at your convenience.
Full Air conditioning unit Hot for the winter and Cold for the Summer ( 2 euro coin needed for the meter which last around 5 hrs depending of your needs)
An X-Box that can be used as a DVD with 24 various games to keep the spirit up.
Travel cot and high chair are available on request at good rate for family with a baby as well as a pushchair with cover.
English channel are available via communal satellite dish such BB1, e4, ITV1,ITV4, CBBC, CITV and many more.

The apartment offers 3 outdoor spaces for relaxing and dining, the top floor solarium, balcony overlooks two communal pools and a lower terrace. there is a patio table with 4 chairs.
As per pictures the swimming pool is few steps from entrance door cross a beautiful green garden. the nearest beach Punta Prima is 20 min walk.
There is a large selection of restaurant just 10 min walk as well as shops and bars.
At the back of the apartment there is a basketball court and football pitch as well as play area for small children.

No pets allowed.
£50 refundable breakages deposit required payable with balance payment. This will be refunded to you within few days of returning the keys assuming no losses/breakages have been incurred or replacements deemed necessary.
All prices include electricity and water.
Taxi service return is 70 euros from Alicante, 50 euros from Murcia.
There is only one off service charge of 40 euros payable on arrival to local agent for cleaning and laundry.
To welcome arrival after 20:00 hrs 15 euros.

Costa Blanca refers to over 200 kilometres of coastline belonging to the province of Alicante in Spain. It extends from the town of Denia in the north, beyond which lies the Costa de Valencia, to Torrevieja in the south, beyond which lies the Costa Calida.
The city of Torrevieja is about 50 km south west of Alicante, reacheable via the road N332 . The area is famous for its healthy climate due to surrounding salt lakes.
The Torrevieja Area / Punta Prima, Torrevieja area
The nearest sandy beach being Punta Prima which is about 20 min walk. There are several other beautiful blue flag beaches within 5 min drive ...Playa Flamenca, Superbe La Zenia and Campoamor.
There are many Golf courses in and around Torrevieja, all with fully qualified instructors, if needed, plus trolley, buggy and club hire. Some of the larger courses are:

Beaches In Torrevieja, La Playa del Cura and Playa de los Locos are the most frequented by the locals in the summer months, whilst the lengthy La Mata beach is probably the town’s best beach because of the care taken in its conservation and the environment that surrounds it. The new boardwalk along this beautiful beach and its protected sand dunes with the typical Mediterranean pines, make for an excellent day at the beach. Other beaches in Torrevieja are: El Acequion, Las Rocas and La Playa Ferris. Further south is Punta Prima, which is a well maintained beach ( blue flag).
Also to be mentioned are Las Calas, where the rocky coast makes for very private places to sunbathe. Guardamar has one main beach which is as long as it is beautiful, with large sand banks, so the shallows go a long way into the sea.

Had a wonderful holiday in Punta Prima. Accomodation was great. Complex was safe for my 3yr old to run about in and its obvious all the owners take great pride in their homes and this is reflected in the surrounding grounds. Could not fault the location for the swimming pool and great to be able to pop down to the pool for a quick dip without having to take half the house with you. Pools are quiet (possibly given nature of comlplex) that you could be forgiven for thinking at times they are your own private pools. The apartment itself was lovely. Had everything we could have hoped for. Oodles of outdoor space, but lots of stairs - mum (65yrs) felt it and we had to carry the pram up and down numerous time a day, but again we knew that prior to booking. Def suggest a car required if you want to get around - some of the eating out places just a wee bit too far away for a pensioner and a toddler to get to. Would definately recommend your place to my friends and family and would come back again myself. Thanks again for the use of your home in Spain. Your mails and calls in the lead up to the holiday were invaluable and a great personal touch. |

We had a fantastic time in spain, didn't want to come back. The accommodation was excellent it was well equipped in a good location both on the community and urbanization. Good choice of shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets close by. Excellent beaches 5-10 min by car. The air condition worked fine, we had it on at night with the temperature set between 20-22 degrees with the fan speed set to low most of the time and we got around 5 hours (didn't measure the time religiously to be honest). What was fantastic, is that we never had to get up early hours of the morning to put out towels to reserve SUN BEDS, like you have to on a package holiday, the pools very rarely got busy, even when they did it only had half a dozen or so people in it, GREAT. We shall definitely be promoting this apartment and the area amongst our friends and family specially those with children. (any commission will be welcomed - only joking). Bit early to say but we may even rent it from you next year around the same time. Many thanks to you and your family and Shirley for making it a very enjoyable holiday. |

Beach La Zenia was beautifull!!!!!!!!!! And we love Italian Restaurant in Punta Prima. We was on the trip in Cartagena, Elche, Torevieja, Alicante, Safari Park near Santa Pola, Cabo Roig. We just unhappy that aquaparks was still close :(
