The apartment is in a quiet pedestrianised complex. Newly build, fully furnished top floor two bedroom apartment with a roof terrace (solarium) where you can enjoy sea views. overlooking two communal swimming pool and a garden in a small, peacefull complex of la cinuelica R15. The apartment is ideally situated for both beach and golfing holidays. A good variety of bars, restaurants and supermarkets are within easy walking distance.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Costa blanca refers to over 200 kilometres of coastline belonging to the province of Alicante in Spain. It extends from the town of denia in the north, beyond which lies the Costa de Valencia, to Torrevieja in the south, beyond which lies the costa Calida. The city of Torrevieja is about 50 km south west of Alicante, reacheable via the road N332 . The area is famous for its healthy climate due to surrounding salt lakes.
Torrevieja area / Punta Prima area
Los Altos is famous for its street markets and fiestas. as mentionned above the apartment is ideally for both beach and golfing holidays. the nearest sandy beach being Punta Prima which s about 20 min walk. There are several other beautiful blue flag beaches within 5 min drive ...playa Flamenca, Superbe La Zenia and Campoamor.

Beaches In Torrevieja, La Playa del Cura and Playa de los Locos are the most frequented by the locals in the summer months, whilst the lengthy La Mata beach is probably the town’s best beach because of the care taken in its conservation and the environment that surrounds it. The new boardwalk along this beautiful beach and its protected sand dunes with the typical Mediterranean pines, make for an excellent day at the beach. Other beaches in Torrevieja are: El Acequion, Las Rocas and La Playa Ferris. Further south is Punta Prima, which is a small, well maintained beach ( blue flag).
Also to be mentioned are Las Calas, where the rocky coast makes for very private places to sunbathe. Guardamar has one main beach which is as long as it is beautiful, with large sand banks, so the shallows go a long way into the sea.
Orihuela is slightly different, since the main town is not near the sea but it has many magnificent beaches within its municipality. La Zenia, Mil Palmeras, La Mosca, Campoamor, Cabo Roig, etc, all these beaches are carefully looked after by the Orihuela Town Hall and all have complete services so you won’t have to worry about the safety and cleanliness of these excellent shores. In the area of Campoamor, you also have the local marina with its small sail boats and luxury yachts.
Santa Pola and Elche enjoy beaches much more in harmony with nature, as most of them are protected by law so no buildings are allowed within 200m from the sea. This makes their beaches some of the least populated on the Costa Blanca, protected by delicate natural sand dunes and wild reeds and pine trees.
How to get there
Alicante airport is approximately 40 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 25 minutes. Airport transfert and Car rental can be arrange at greater price on request.
A car is not essential when staying at this property, but advisable if you wish to explore the surrounding area further.
For cheap flights try Excel, Easyjet BMI baby and Monarch, some time BA does a good deal.

Ten English Channels available BBC1, ITV, Channel4, Bloomrang for Children and babies, Sky Sport1, Sky Sport2, Sky Comedie1, Sky Movies2, paramount. Air conditionning unit Split system Hot for the winter and Cold for the Summer. An XBox that can be used as a DVD with 24 various games to keep the spirit up.

As per pictures the swimming pool is few steps from entrance door cross a beautiful green garden. the nearest beach Punta Prima is 20 min walk. the nearest supermaket Mercadona is only 4 minutes walk.
There is a large selection of restaurant just 10 min walk as well as shops and bars.

No smoking in the apartment please. please use ashtray provided outside. No pets allowed. £50 refundable breakages deposit required payable with balance payment. This will be returned to you within two weeks of returning the keys assuming no losses/breakages have been incurred or replacements deemed necessary. all prices include electricity and water. There is only one off service charge of 40 euros payable on arrival to local agent for cleanning and laundry.
