Our luxury apartment is set in landscaped gardens, is alarmed, has marble floors throughout, and comes fully equipped with air conditioning (hot and cold) in ALL rooms, and is situated in an exclusive 5 star development.
The property comprises of:-
* Well-equipped kitchen area with fully fitted kitchen including integrated washer/dryer, oven/hob and extractor, dishwasher, and fridge freezer. There is also a toaster, kettle, airer, iron and ironing board. A hairdryer is also available for guests.
* Lounge area contains 2 leather sofa's, one of which is a double sofa bed. There is also a coffee table and TV(English Channels). The lounge is exceptionally large therefore even when the sofa bed is in use there is stil plenty of space in the lounge area.
* Dining area with large table and seating for 6.
* The master bedroom is furnished with a spacious king size bed, two bedside cabinets with lamps, adequate fitted wardrobes (with clothes hangers) and ample storage space. The en- suite bathroom has his and hers wash basins set in a marble top, and is equipped with a toilet, and bath with over-bath shower.
* Bedroom two is furnished with 2 comfortable single beds, a bedside cabinet with a lamp and again adequate fitted wardrobes. The en suite bathroom has a wash basin set in a marble top, a toilet and a walk- in shower .
A free to use communal swimming Pool (15meters away) is situated to the rear of the apartment, with sun-bathing decks.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region Punta Prima is a lovely residential area on the famous Costa Blanca. The coastline is one of beautiful blue seas and white sandy beaches and makes for a great holiday for families, friends, couples or groups.
Torrevieja area / Punta Prima area
A few minutes walk takes you to the Nautilus bar serving a great menu, set on the seafront of Punta Prima with views over the med. There is a small enclosed beach here. The main beaches to the South are Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Campoamor, many of which have been awarded the Blue Flag. Here you will find much activity with beach bars, restaurants of all cuisines and of course many Spanish bars offering the excellent Paella“s & famous Tapas. Walking from Punta Prima towards Torrevieja you have the fantastic, hidden sand dunes of Mar Azul, many have now discovered this and there are always couples & families alike enjoying the tranquility, midnight BBQs and watching the sunrise. Torrevieja itself has so much to offer with a wonderful marina, a bustling promenade full of activity with daily/nightly market, a funfair and fabulous choice of restaurants ranging from '4.75€ Chinese (3 course)' to an 'A la Carte menu' There is also a fabulous choice of shops.

If going by taxi from the airport we can forward instructions on how to get to the apartment in both Spanish and English. Airport transfers available on request for aditional charge.
Car hire:
We recommend www.carjet.com if you require a hire vehicle which can be collected at either the airport or in the resort.

As the community is an on-going project, there will be a further two pools available for guest use by January 2008, PLEASE NOTE but unfortunately this means that there will be some building work, which could cause minor noise disturbance at times.
Golf, water Park, marina, horse riding, Go Karts, Tennis, Water Sports, shopping centre and Nature reserve are all within easy reach of the apartment.
