A great base to explore Torrevieja and surounding areas: A lovely 2 bedroomed apartment, the roof terrace has fantastic views overlooking the salt lakes and national park. Near golf courses, water park/communal pool/beach, shops and local bars/restaurants. Something for everyone. A short distance from Habenera shopping centre.
The top corner apartment, 60 sq foot and roof terrace the same size. Fully equipped apartment with livingroom/diner and American style kitchen area all sitting 4 people. 1 large double bedroom and 1 large twin with fitted wardrobes, can accommodate all your needs. 1 bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and has plenty of storage space.
Although there is not central heating, there is a free standing heater available in the apartment, and free standing fans. Fitted with air conditioning.

TV and DVD we have left some DVDs for you to watch, feel free.
Bath/hand towells supplied for your use inside the apartment, would very much appreciate your not taking them down to the pool, also bedding etc in apartment already.

Property has 2 outside areas that are at your disposal, a balcony and roof terrace/solarium both with lovely views and an added bonus of all day sun on roof but has canopy when you have had enough of all that sun worshiping.
Take yourself onto the roof terrace, take out the sun loungers, table and chairs and enjoy a drink on your own private area.
Previously received comments from tennants have been summer months too hot without aircon, now fitted as of July '09.
Further details
A family member will greet you at the apartment on arrival and will answer any questions you may have, and run you through the workings of the apartment.
They will also run through a post visit check of apartment prior to any return of security deposit
Conditions
Heating, electricity and water included in all pricings quoted.
Deposit of £75 to secure booking, non refundable after 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Balance of monies owed to be paid 8 weeks prior to your trip.
Security/damage deposit of £75 refundable following inspection of property:
1) not relevant for trips of longer than 2 weeks, please request when enquiring
2) misuse of air con will be discounted from security deposit (ie, leaving on all day whilst out or having doors/windows open whilst on etc)
Fully flexible with regards to arrival/departure days/times, to be negotiated at time of booking.

Alicante has some of the most lovely old buildings, including a ride in the lift up to the hill top castle, a definite must.
If you are happy to drive, not much more than 1 and a half hours north just inland from Benidorm there is the village of Guadalest, and it is one of the most amazing places in Spain I have seen yet.
If you didn't already know, the area is famous for its golf courses and there are several within a 15 minute drive in any direction from Torrevieja.
Take your pick of one of the many lovely beaches which are said to be the best in Spain.
The Torrevieja Area / La Siesta area
Situated between salt lakes and laguna de la Mata national park, if you fancy packing your walking boots, then walk out of our front door and within a minute you are on the park watching the flamingos feeding in the lakes.
Torrevieja has fantastic nightlife, and not just for the clubs but take a trip down to the beach front and sit in one of the many bars/restaurants and watch the world go by, or if you want to go local try walking down some of the side streets to experience a traditional bar. There are always street entertainers to amuse you aswell as a beach front market/stalls and for the big kids out there try the fun fair.
If you are not up to travel down to the beach front at night, within a 5/10 minute walk from the apartment you can be in some lovely bars and restaurants.
If you like to sunbath in company, not 5 minutes walk from the apartment is a waterpark, with pools, slides and caters for drinks and food.
Local markets happening every weekend.
We do suggest a hire car, but its really not necassary as we are on the main Torrevieja bus route, they run very frequently.
During height of season, there are always the festivals and fiestas. So don't forget that camera!

Well we're all back from a very enjoyable holiday. The apartment was lovely & had everything we needed. The only problem we found was keeping the place cool so we could sleep without pouring with sweat. your parents told me you're installing air conditioning, that will make a massive difference. I hired a car for the 10 days so we had no problem getting to all the beaches/water parks & go-karting. (AIR CON NOW FITTED)

The apartment was perfect for us . Just the right size and in a great location with the water park just down the road and of course your lovely clean communal pool just a few steps away. If we come back to Torrevieja next year we will definitely be booking your apartment again. Thanks very much.
