Through your gate you have the large two tiered patio area, great for sun bathing on the 4 sunloungers available.
Up the stairs you have the balcony with dining table and 4 chairs, ideal for al fresco dining or enjoying that glass or two of sangria or wine.
Through the front door you have the air conditioned living/dining room with 3 seater and 2 seater sofa, coffee table, wall unit, TV unit, dining table and 4 chairs.
For entertainment you have a flat screen elevision with English channels (provided by communal satellite dish). There is a DVD player (please bring your own DVD's).
Wi-fi is available in this property if required.
Through the archway you have the fully tiled, fitted kitchen with marble worktop and comprises microwave, large fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, electric oven and ceramic hob, crockery, utensils and cutlery.
Through the door at the rear of the kitchen there is the washing machine and hot water heater. Stairs take you up to the roof solarium, ideal for sunbathing and great view of the pool and gardens.
The air conditioned main bedroom has a double bed, 2 bedside cabinets with drawers in each, 2 lamps, chest of drawers, fitted wardrobe. Duvet for the winter, sheets for the summer. The window looks out onto the communal garden and pool.
There is an en-suite shower room with shower, toilet and sink.
The air conditioned second bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside cabinet with drawers, fitted wardrobe and bedside lamp, chest of drawers. Duvet for the winter, sheets for the summer.
The main bathroom has a toilet, bidet, bath with shower over, sink and mirror with lights.
There is a large private roof solarium where you can sunbathe, sunloungers available (view to communal pool and gardens).
Parking is available on the quiet road near the property.
There is a communal pool, to the rear of the property and can be viewed from the master bedroom and roof solarium.

The Costa Blanca/Valencia region
The Costa Blanca in Spain is renowned for its beautiful coastline and one of the healthiest places to live.
It has an excellent year round climate. The humidity is relatively low, and therefore ideal for sufferers of arthritis and other climatically influenced health problems.
The two salt lakes of Laguna de la Mata and the Salinas de San Miguel surrounding Torrevieja also help to create its fantastic climate. The high concentration of salt, together with the temperature forms a microclimate recommended by medical specialists the world over for its beneficial health properties in particular for heart disease, skin disorders, rheumatism and bronchial illness.
On average the area enjoys 320 days of sunshine per year and an average daily temperature of 17 degrees centigrade. Temperatures in July and August are typically 30 degrees centigrade. Many people prefer the months of April, May, June, September and October - ideal temperatures.

There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, including the commercial complex Via Park 3, 25 minute walk, with a variety of restaurants, including Spud Murphy's fish and chip restaurant, Gran Chino Chinese, Shivuum Indian restaurant, Liberty's Bar and grill. Several English bars, including Damo's, Angel's Bar, Welcome Inn, Lime Bar. A Quicksave English supermarket, Butterflies tea room, Rendezvous newspaper shop (also sells food) the Post Room which offers internet access.
Via Park 5, 30 minute walk, with Chinese restaurant, Stallions, the Cavern pub and a really nice wine bar – All Bar Sue. English supermarket and more English bars.
You can walk to the many restaurants at Punta Prima, which has 2 Chinese restaurants, (including Dinastia), Ghandi's Indian restaurant, a German restaurant, Puccini's Italian restaurant, Roberto's. There are also several bars, many offering entertainment.
Patio Andaluz Spanish restaurant with lots of atmosphere and flamenco dancing 2 nights a week is located at the Punta Marina Commercial centre (booking is recommended for the Flamenca nights during the summer period - it is very popular).
Also at the Punta Marina commercial complex (20 mins walk) you have a Wok Buffet, Piazza II, Captain's Table fish and chip restaurant and Subway sandwich bar. There is also a supermarket, Consum, Shoe b Shoe (shoe shop), pharmacy, cosmetic shop, an electrical shop, English clothes shop, hairdressers, petrol station and McDonalds.
The Rocajuna bar, approx 25 minutes walk, holds a quiz every Friday evening, which is also fish and chip night and their function room has regular live entertainment.
The sandy beach of Punta Prima is closest to the property and (approx 15 minutes walk) and has a beach bar during the summer months.
Go-karting on the N332 is a 10 minute walk, with karts for juniors, adults and the Honda's for those requiring greater speed.
Spanish restaurant Astaurius with regular live entertainment.
