Situated in the very popular Playa Flamenca area of Torrevieja, Costa Blanca; only a few minutes walk to numerous restaurants, bars and shops and nightly entertainment.

New for 2011 Season - FANTASTIIC NEW SPACIOUS CONSERVATORY - furnished to a high standard, comfy corner suite and lovely glass dining table and chairs. The conservatory overlooks the pool and great for relaxing and entertaining in. The tinted glass gives privacy and keeps some of the heat out and during low season periods this room is great to relax in and allows you to enjoy the al fresco feel when dining. During the hotter periods the sliding doors open fully to allow the heat to escape so guests can enjoy the comfort of a lounge whilst overlooking the pool and garden area.

The Lounge is a delightful and spacious room with an oak-beam ceiling.

Private front Pool & sun terraces - The private gardens benefit from a ‘shaped’ pool with steps to relax on, shower and spacious area for several sun-beds , the area is gated and is very private.

The front terrace overlooks the pool and benefits from luxury patio furniture. This area is great place to relax, and enjoy a drink or barbecue in the evenings.

Spanish style kitchen/diner fitted to a high standard and includes a washing machine, microwave, halogen hob and oven, fridge-freezer, toaster and kettle and is fully equipped. Breakfast bar has two comfortable bar stools.

Master Bedroom - The master bedroom has a beautiful king-size bed with matching tables and lamps, a large dresser and matching mirror, it also benefits from a double built in wardrobe and has a ceiling fan. This rom has been freshly decorated to create a warmer glow to the room.

Luxury fitted bathrom with walk in spa shower incorporating power jets. The bathroom has been fully tiled and fitted to a high standard and benifits from heating and illuminated vanity unit.

The villa have been re-tiled throughout with a lighter gloss high quality tile. Which has created a lighter and more spacious feel to all of the rooms.

Twin Bedroom - The twin bedroom "Newy decorated" has a double built in wardrobe with bedside table and a ceiling fan. This room opens out onto a large sunny private terrace.

A further guest bed is available if required suitable for children up to 12 yrs of age.

Private courtyard - The property has a peaceful courtyard to the rear.

Guests can also enjoy this very private area. A patio table and chains allow eating el-fresco, or an alternative place to have a barbecue (gas barbecue provided). The terrace from the twin room overlooks this area and is also a great place to sunbathe in solitude.

Solarium -On the roof you will find a private sun terrace with sun-beds. Catch the last rays of the sun as it sets to the West in the evenings.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The villa is situated in the very popular Playa Flamenca resort near Torrevieja, Costa Blanca. It is just a short walk to the excellent Blue Flag Playa Flamenca Beaches, which are situated between the bays of Punta Prima and La Zenia. Both Beaches are connected by a beautiful promenade, which is impressively landscaped. It has a large open event area which many benches to allow visitors to relax and enjoy the sea views. Visitors can also enjoy a peaceful stroll along the promenade. La Zenia Beach also has this delightful promenade for visitors to enjoy.

The Torrevieja Area / Playa Flamenca area

5 Championship Golf courses all within a short drive, the nearest being Villa Martin which is only 8 minutes away, Campomoar and Las Ramblas are also close by. For real golf enthusiasts the famous La Manga resort is only 30 minutes drive away.

Locally there are numerous restaurants, bars, and nightly attractions and entertainment to suit all tastes at the Playa Flamenca Commercial Centre – 10 mins walk and a short walk to the local Bars and Restaurant complex. The Saturday market should not be missed (Near the Celtic Bar).
There are several large supermarkets close by.

La Zenia Beach is a very popular beach. The beach is renowned for its cleanliness and white sand. There are plenty of amenities available including the 4 star Hotel La Zenia,

Family activities : for a great day out please follow the “links” to the Water Park at Torrieveja which is only 5 km away from the Villa.

For the more adventurous Benidorm is only Ninety minutes drive away, via the N332 or AP7 (toll road) it has a great water park and many other theme park attractions.

“highly recommend this villa, owner so helpful” This is the 2nd time ive been to the villa and returning again in july next year. Its definately a holiday to recharge the batteries, there is everything and more that you need at the villa. I took my elderly mum there this time as it is easily accessible for her as she isnt very good at walking. There is a commercial centre about 10 mins walk away, where there are plenty of bars and places to eat.. If you dont fancy the walk there are a few bars and a chinese buffet place about 2 mins away. We really enjoyed going to the wee bar across the road called 'TheOffice', owned by a lovely couple who are very friendly, got the whole pub to sing happy birthday to me when i was there, very embarrassing. i would highly recommend this lovely villa we all had a fab time. If by chance you are thinking of booking it be very quick as the weeks go quiet quick. Response: Thank you so much for your wonderful review and for highly recommending the villa. I am delighted you are returning to the villa again next July, after staying twice already. I am so pleased that the villa and its location has been ideal for you and your family. “Fantastic Villa” What a great time was had by all, are party which included my parents in there late 70's and my daughter of 16 and her friend had a wonderful time. The villa was even better than the photographs the pool was great and the location was perfect with the local shops & restaurants within 2 minutes walk, so not long to get back after a good night out. “Amazing villa in a wonderful and quiet area, would recommend to anyone” We have been to Casa Christina twice now and looking to book again. Very popular and no wonder. The owners give you all the help required in making a smooth booking, plenty of information and frequent emails upto the time of your booking to ensure you have everything you need to make for the perfect holdiay. They gave us information about the area, sent keys at exactly the time we expected them and are very easy to communicate with. This villa is fantastic, impeccably maintained and modern and most recently with the additon of a large conservatory which we made good use of this year. The villa has everything you would need for your stay. It is based in a quiet residential area and yet close to local amenities and attractions. Its an easy drive from the airport and though Playa Flamenca is a quiet area, Torrevieja is literally 5 mins drive away for the hustle and bustle of Spanish night life and a great street market and fun fair. Casa Christina has made for two wonderful holidays for us! We had a fabulous holiday the villa is like a home from home, everything we could have wanted was there. The location is great near enough to walk to bars etc but far enough away not to hear the bars.
We would definitely book again as it's also great value.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa was just as the pictures show it to be - lovely.
The weather was great and the position of the villa was great for getting out and about including a walk to the local bars.
The local beaches were beautiful and never seemed to be busy, all in all a very relaxing holiday.
We would recommend your villa to anyone looking for a holiday in Spain.

My wife, son and I were very impressed with the villa and the surrounding area, it was so peaceful and the weather was excellent, it was our second time there and the improvements to the bathroom and lounge etc made our stay even better than last time.

Playa flamenca has such a different mix of nightlife, quiet nights in citrus centre or a busier night in flamenca beach commercial centre and the people are very friendly, a real sense of community.

Thanks once again for the use of your villa and we hope to use you again in the near furture. Have told all our friends about your villa and have recommended it to them all.

Thank you for a wonderful week in Playa Flamenca. The villa was exactly as it appears in the photographs and is by far the cleanest and nicest place I have stayed in the area. The pool area is fantastic and with 4 terraces (!) to choose from there where plenty of places to enjoy the sunshine and relax during the evenings with a glass of wine. The location is a perfect stroll to the bars and restaurants but far enough away to enjoy the total peace and quiet.
Many thanks again and we look forward to staying there again soon.

It is beautifully furnished and kitted out both inside and out. Each time we came in through the gates we said, 'Isn't this lovely!' I truly didn't want to leave!!
