The apartment is very spacious with a total of 104 sq. It is furnished with high quality furniture. Both bedrooms have floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes. Main bedroom has a kingsize bed and the en suite has his and her's wash basins. The owners have installed a secure safe in the property so that you can lockaway your valuables when you are out and about. The second bathroom has a walk in shower.
The kitchen is beautiful with granite work tops. Cutlery and plates supplied to cater for upto 6 people and high quality utensils provided. The kitchen leads to utility area where the washer dryer is installed.
Reverse cycle air conditioning throughout the whole partment and this can be switched to central heating during the winter months.
Both bathrooms have underfloor heating for extra comfort for cold periods, controlled individually.
Sky T.V with over 30 channels including all normal English channels, 2 sky movie channels, Sky Sports and children's T.V amongst others.

La Recolata has security controlled gates with entry phone video system. It is patrolled 24 hours by security guards and has security cameras around the Development. There is secure underground parking with allocated spaces.
The quality of this property is what you would expect from a developer who can boast such status. This is a two bedroom luxury apartment built to a very high specification. There is an alarm system installed within the property.
The apartment is located within impressive grounds incorporating beautiful landscaped gardens and two dynamic shared swimming pools and a wide decking area for sun loungers.
To reserve accommodation a booking deposit of £100 per week upto 2 weeks booking is required. If it is more than 2 weeks, then a deposit of £200 is needed. In the case of advance bookings for the following year a deposit of £200 is needed. This is a non refundable deposit in the event of any cancellation. Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.

The original deposit of £100 per week paid to confirm booking now acts as a bond against any damage to the property, excessive cleaning or lost keys and will be returned to you by first class post subject to there not being any damage, breakages and excessive cleaning requirements.
The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca offers one of the best and most extensive ranges of tourist amenities in Spain.
It's excellent climate, blue flag beaches, championship golf courses and cultural richness offers something for everyone to enjoy. The Costa Blanca attractions have been further enhanced by the opening of Terra Mitica near Benidorm, one of the most modern and attractive theme parks in Europe.
The Costa Blanca climate is ideal for year round golf and other sports including: tennis, swimming, sailing, water skiing, riding, go-karts, bowling greens and even hot air ballooning . In the evenings there is plenty of nightlife to choose from - whether it’s a quiet meal in a delightful coastal restaurant or a memorable evening of entertainment.
The southern Costa Blanca is mostly flat with fine sandy beaches, palm trees and salt lakes. The south is much drier and more typical of what a person who has never visited Spain would expect to see.
It has something for everyone from tiny rural inland villages to cosmopolitan tourist resorts on the coast such as Benidorm. Alicante is a large vibrant town with a large marina and major department stores such as El Corte Ingles, where you can purchase designer clothes etc - definitely not to be missed.
The Torrevieja Area / Punta Prima, Torrevieja area
The summers are dry and hot, the winters very mild - you can really be only one place: The Costa Blanca.
It is claimed the area has more than 320 days a year of bright sunshine - not many holiday destinations can claim that and be so simple to travel to.
The climate within Torrevieja and Punta Prima is generally slightly more agreeable than the rest of the Costa Blanca. This is because the mountains are farther away from the coast and this generates a pleasant breeze in the heat of the day. The Torrevieja Salt lakes help to make the area one of the healthiest places in Europe (according to the World Health Organization).
Average temperatures range from approximately 18 deg C in January to 32 deg C in midsummer. It is ideal for golfing breaks throughout the winter period, with an almost guaranteed supply of sunshine all year around.
Several blue flag beaches are within a short drive - as are all the local amenities. There are Bars and Restaurants which are only a short walk away.
The nearest beaches are only 2 minutes walk away and like many others in the area is comprised of small unspoilt coves with facilities on the beach or nearby. In addition to this there is an impressive promenade being built.
Golf and Sports..
Playa Flamenca is every golfer's Mediterranean dream, with 3 beautiful championship courses of international prestige within a short drive of the apartment.
Facilities include : Club Hire; Caddie Car & Buggy Hire; Pro Shop; Driving Range; Putting Green; and Restaurant. The fabulous Villamartin is a frequent venue for the Mediterranean Open. Campoamor, set amongst the palm and pine trees and Las Ramblas, another magnificent course, is a real test of your golfing ability.
Within a 30 minutes drive radius, you can select from another 8 courses, each with it's own unique design, including the world famous La Manga and La Finca courses. All are challenging, but are most enjoyable to play.
Other sporting activities nearby include; Tennis, Horse Riding & various Watersports including sailing.
If the family would like a change from playing by the pool or on the beach why not visit the Aquopolis water park in Torrevieja (open summer months), safari park (near Santa Pola), caves (at Canelobre) or the funfair by Torrevieja marina throughout the summer.
Aquapolis water park is a wonderful day out for all the family; with Rapids, Kamikaze & Zig Zag water slides, Wave Pool, Swimming Pools & Infants Pool. Jacuzzi, Mini Golf, Restaurant, Cafeteria & lots more.
If you want a day away from the beach or golf courses, why not try a day in the beautiful countryside and enjoy the mountains, pine woods, olive and almond trees, orange and lemon groves plus 2 large salt lakes. The Salt lakes of Torrevieja are a favourite resting place for different varieties of migratory birds, particularly flamingo’s.
Alternatively, why on take a trip to the beautiful, unspoilt, Isla Tabarca (Tabarca Island) from Torrevieja marina or a coast line boat trip. You can fish, or jet ski or go riding at the many riding stables around. There is also ten-pin bowling and even quad biking and go-karting for the more adventurous.
The area truly has something to offer for everyone..

We have stayed in this apartment for three years and are planning to return next year. It is a beautiful apartment and has everything to make your holiday comfortable. It is situated within a very short walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk through residential area to lovely resturants and bars and shops. The pools are very suitable for young children and adults alike. There are no bars on site meaning the apartment is lovely and quiet at night which anyone with young children will really appreciate. There is excellent security which makes it an ideal apartment to stay in for women - I recommended it to some of my friends (two women children) and they loved it and felt really safe. The owner is a lovely friendly woman and has always accommodated me when possible and we have kept in touch over the years. There are caretakers who look after the apartment and meet you when you arrive. Again these are lovely people and can arrange a food welcome pack for your arrival. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this apartment to anyone.

Great apt with everything you would need on a self catering holiday. Everything you need if cooking in. Apt spacious and balcony overlooking the pool. Great pool that was fairly busy with other kids from all nationalities.
Nice places to eat within walking distance and a few nice beach bars too.
Will def be back in the future!

The guests have to pay 50 euros for cleaning to the key holder when they leave. If it is more than 4 people, there will be an additional charge.
Airport picking and dropping can be arranged for 4 people at a reasonable rate of 45euros each way from Alicante and 37.50 euros from Murcia by our friendly English agents based 15 minutes away who are also the key holders. A welcome pack can be provided for late arrival for a fee of 5 euros in addition to the cost of the items requested. This will usually include water, bread, milk, tea, coffee, beer, ham, cheese, bread, butter,orange juice etc. This will help you if you arrive in the night or early morning. Otherwise there are two supermarkets within 10 minutes walk. The agents will be your contact point for any problems and help.
