Well furnished two bedroom one bathroom apartment with fully equipped kitchen, large lounge diner and super balcony for with patio furniture providing pool and sea view. Quiet and peaceful yet 10 mins away from really buzzing Torrevieja. There are markets every Thursday and Sunday just down the road at Punta Prima and all sorts of activities in the area to keep the children amused from go-karting to aqua parks within 10 mins drive. Slightly further afield is Tera Mitica theme park about an hour away.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
According to the "World Health Organisation" this is one of the healthiest places to live due to proximity to the sea and to the salt lakes. It is called the Costa Blanca as it translates as the "white coast" with miles of long sandy beaches. For those seekiing to add a little culture to their stay, a visit to the historic town of Elche is a must. Also worth taking the time to visit is the city of Murcia about 40 mins away with its amazing cathedral and fantastic shopping bargains especially clothes.
Torrevieja area / La Mata area
For the children the primary attractions are the waterpark at Torrevieja a 10 minute drive away and the theme park Terra Mitica near Benidorm which is an hours drive but well worth the trip.
For the golfers there are three Championship courses ewithin 15 mins drive at Campoamor, Las Ramblas and VillaMartin.
Fiestas are held in the area most months of the year when tourists mingle with the locals to party in the streets in true Spanish-style.
Visit in August and you'll be able to enjoy the weeklong "Habaneras" festival - a major international music competition which attracts a live and television audience of hundreds of thousands of people. Las Habaneras are a celebration of the Latin American music and rhythms brought to Torrevieja in the 19th century through the port's salt-trading links with Cuba.
How to get there
Easy access from either Alicante or Murcia Airports both od which are served by the low cost carriers including EasyJet, RyanAir, BMIBaby and Jet2.

Further details indoors: Atrium style complex with lifts to all floors making for a very friendly atmosphere. Enter the front door into the lounge diner with the kitchen to the left. Off to the right are the two fitted bedrooms with ample storage space and the fully equipped bathroom with shower. Sliding patio doors from the lounge onto the large balcony with table and chairs for four and great view over the pool, garden area and down to the sea.
Further details outdoors: The complex has a huge outdoor swimming pool with children's area. This is fenced off for safety and there is alifeguard in the summer. The pool is surrounded by well kept lawns ideal for catching the sun.
