The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a three storey block, only 15 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk to an excellent variety of bars and restaurants, many having live entertainment. There are two supermarkets close by, which are fully stocked with everything you need, including fresh bread, fruit , salad, fish and meats. The town of Torrievieja is nearby, and has a superb promenade having many bars, restaurants and shops, there are also many sandy beaches in the area. Easily accessible by car or bus. There are 4 golf courses within 15 minutes drive, all a very good standard and details of these are available on request (green fees, equipment hire etc)

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Costa Blanca area (White Coast) is situated on the south east coast of Spain. The area is renowned for its beautiful beaches, warm , sunny and healthy climate, approx 320 days of sun each year. The area has many beautiful and historic towns, and wonderful places to visit. There are two natural salt lakes in the area.
Torrevieja area / Los Altos/Punta Prima area
The apartment is perfectly situated for both beach and golf holidays. There is an excellent shopping centre in Torrievieja ( Habaneras Centre) that has a great variety of shops. There are many markets held virtually every day of the week in various local locations, these sell local fruit and produce, together with handmade crafts, clothing, shoes and jewellery - all at low prices. Within the local area there is an aqua park , gokarting and a bowling alley. If you wish to dine out there are a vast range of excellent restaurants,from Chinese, Indian, Italian, English and of course traditional Spanish - many of which have superb Tapas to try.
How to get there
There are two local airports: Murcia (San Javier) - 15 miles - 20 minutes drive. Alicante - 28 miles - 40 minutes drive. Flights are available with low cost airlines from majority of UK airports. Collection and return to either airport can be arranged or cheap car hire details available on request. Detailed route to apartment would be forwarded on booking.

A well equipped kitchen with full cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine, kettle and toaster. The bathroom has both bath, shower and a hair dryer. There are two bedrooms - one double and one twin, both rooms having fitted wardrobes. All rooms have ceiling fans and a safe is fitted for valuables.
