La Cinuelica is located between Punta Prima and Los Altos, just outside the boundary of Torrevieja. The apartment is perfectly situated for exploring the local area with blue flag beaches and 3 excellent golf courses within a 10 minute drive. The Mar Menor sea is within easy reach with its warm shallow waters and golden beaches. The high saline waters alleviate arthritis and skin conditions and are perfect for swimmers and young children.
The apartment benefits from underground secure parking, air-conditioning, a communal pool and garden, large roof terrace with bbq, table and chairs for dining under the stars and easy walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

There is a lovely sunny climate throughout the year with highest temperatures of course in July and August, but this is a delightful place to escape to during the grey UK winter. There are plenty of safe blue flag beaches, 4 good golf courses, and a whole range of places to go and things to do with or without children. Torrevieja is a good mixture of old and new. There is an attractive marina and a large promenade area with plenty of bars and restaurants. The area is famous for its healthy climate and large inland salt lakes.

The Torrevieja Area / Los Altos/Punta Prima area

Large salt lakes at Torrevieja with thriving bird sanctuary and nature reserve. Water Park open from May to October. Cinemas, bowling. diving, restaurants and bars. Torrevieja Park of Nations is a popular family attraction with playground park and life size dragon slide, train rides and beautiful lake with swan pedalloes.
Inland there are several ancient towns worth a visit, including Elche which is surrounded by Europe's largest palm forest. Torrevieja has an attractive marina and promenade with bars, cafes and plenty of night life. Large Friday market in Torrevieja. Go kart track at Punta Prima and plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants. Excellent shops in Torrevieja.

Murcia is the nearest airport but Alicante is also only 35 mins away, with cheap flights available to both. Car hire is easy to arrange with pick up at the airport and taxis are readily available.
