This very attractiveand beautifully decorated and furnished ground floor apartment is only a ten minute walk from the nearest beach ( Punta Prima) and only ten minutes by car from the lively town of Torrevieja.
The apartment is on a fully secure complex with key access to a large relaxing pool which also has a children's pool surrounded by lush palm trees. There is also a pretty private garden area with a covered terrace with table and chairs which is perfect for alfresco dining! There are also sun-beds should you wish to relax by the pool and two bikes are available should you wish to explore the area.
Within a short drive there are three champion golf courses plus go-carting, an aqua park, tennis, horse riding and the very popular Saturday market which is held at the nearby Playa Flamenca.

The kitchen is very well equipped with fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave. There is a DVD player and 37 inch flat screen TV with 20 channels in the lounge area. The 2 bathrooms have huge mirrors and there is a hairdryer available. There is air conditioning (hot/cold) in the lounge and main bedroom and a fan in the second bedroom. There is also free wi-fi from Summer 2014.
There is a double bed in the main bedroom and 2 single beds in the second bedroom.There is a 3rd fold up single bed for use in the lounge area.
Cots can be hired.
There is a laundry/cleaning charge of 50 Euros upon arrival.

The outside storage area contains the barbecue, 2 sunbeds, 2 deckchairs, a parasol and 2 bikes. There is also lots of beach equipment and toys which you are welcome to use.There is plenty of off-street parking immediately adjacent to the property.
There is a 25% deposit to secure your chosen dates.
This deposit is required 8 weeks prior to your flight date.
Late bookings will require full payment.
If there are new guests arriving on your departure day the apartment must be vacated by 10.00am to allow for cleaning between lets. Access is availabe from 3.00pm if you are arriving on the day another party departs.
The Valenciana region
The property is on the Costa Blanca known as the 'white coast' due to the many miles of sandy white beaches. It is said to have one of the world's best climates due to the two natural salt lakes where you can see hundreds of species of birds especially pink flamingoes.
There are 4 main citiies within 1 hours drive of the property - Alicante with its promenade, Elche where they grow palm trees, Murcia which is famous for its gardens and Cartegena which was once a Roman settlement.
Los Altos is about ten mintues drive south from Torrevieja with its harbour, market and funfair. On the outskirts of Torrevieja there is also a new development with hypermarket (Carrefour), bowling, cinema, amusements and a beautiful new shopping centre called Habaneras.
Within ten mintues drive there are several blue flag beaches and the nearest cove has the Nautilaus restaurant where you can sit and enjoy drinks and watch the boats.
There are three champion golf courses in the local area (Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas). There is a Saturday market at the nearby Playa Flamenca plus Torrevieja has a market on Fridays just near the bus station.
Within a short walk from the property there are a wide range of supermarkets including Mercadona and Eroski plus another range of shops, banks and several very good restaurants plus a pharmacy. There is a new local centre which has recently opened including shops, bars and restaurants.

We traveled to Los Altos in the last week of June and i can happily say 1 of the best chilled out holidays we have had! The apartment which is looked after by Sharon is exactly what it says on the tin. The size first of all was a great fit for the 4 of us and the security element was outstanding!! Communal pool was quiet which we loved and the outside garden was perfect for that sunbathing in the afternoon :-) I would highly recommend this and we will be looking to book again next year although this time we will hire a car :-)

"Had a great stay. Really loved the apartment and pool!"
The apartment has all the amenities you could wish for. I was there with my husband and two children, there was plenty of room with the main living area and bedroom air-conditioned. The pool in the complex is really lovely, a great size for younger children and there is a small pool and a shallow end in the larger pool. The supermarket is five minutes away as are a selection of affordable cafes and bars. There is s a lovely sandy cove about ten minutes walk away and the resort of Torrevieja is only ten minutes drive away. (There is also a local bus service there which we used). I think it is a lovely setting and if you were there more than a week a car might be a good idea to see the surrounding area. All in all I would very much recomend it for families or people who wish to base themselves in the area.

"Lovely property in excellent quiet location"
Three of us stayed in August 2012, 2 adults and 1 child. The property was perfect , well-fitted with modern bathrooms and the kitchen had lots of utensils and essentials which you wouldn't normally get with a rented accommodation. The private garden was lovely to sit in and the fence and locked gate meant that we felt secure. The terrace was also perfect for al fresco dining and we spent most of the time seating out there. The apartment was in a very peaceful location, was well-equipped with toys for the pool, beach parasol and mats, as well as a barbecue and sun loungers for the garden. Supermarket and restaurants were in easy distance. The swimming pool was also great, with a separate shallow area for children to play in, and was never too busy.

"Excellent Setting and Location"
Four of us stayed here in June, three adults and one 2 year old. The property was perfect for our requirements, clean, spacious and well-fitted with modern bathrooms and kitchen. The private garden was big enough for the toddler to play in, and the fence and locked gate meant that we did not have to worry about him running out of the boundary or onto the road. The terrace was also perfect for al fresco dining. The apartment was in a very peaceful location, was well-equipped with toys for the pool, beach parasol and mats, as well as a barbecue and sun loungers for the garden. The supermarket and beach were both within easy walking distance, even with a toddler, and there were smaller shops within walking distance which opened on a Sunday. If we had not had a young child with us, then we might have wanted to explore further afield, and so car hire might have been necessary, but for what we wanted it was perfect. The swimming pool was also great, with a separate shallow area for children to play in safely. Perhaps later on in the summer, the beach and pool would have become overcrowded, but while we were there the numbers were pleasant, even at the weekend. Overall an excellent experience.

"Wonderful summer 2011"
Holiday was excellent, the apartment is beautifully furnished and very clean. An ideal property for families with a lovely pool area and private garden. It is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Excellent location for travelling around area. We have had a wonderful summer (June-August 2011) in your apartment. Thank You!
