Torrevieja, with its sunny warm climate, and next to the health famous salt lakes. Near by are the beaches of La Mata, and Torrevieja,and a 30 mins walk to the fabulous water park. A 5 minutes walk brings you to supermarkets and pubs etc. The promenade of Torrevieja is a 20 minute walk where you will find many bars, restaurants, cafes and a fairground open nightly for the children, a market is open day and night, and the main Torrevieja market on a Friday is said to be one of the biggest outdoor markets in Europe.

Playa Los Locos beach is a 10 minute walk and is a very popular beach in the summer with many facilities. 15 minute drive to 4 championship golf courses There are pubs and a supermarket only minutes from the apartment.

Further details indoors: The apartment has stunning seaviews and a view of the shared pool, both from the rooftop solarium and the balcony. It is bright and spacious with ceramic floors throughout. The apartment boasts British Satelite TV, air conditioning,a built in safe, and all the comforts of home! For added security it has lockable shutters, and grills. The kitchen is fully equipped for couples or families to self cater easily. The apartment has double bedroom and a spacious twin room, both with built in wardrobes, the sofa in the lounge pulls out to form a double bed, and a single bed can be pulled out from beneath the sofa creating a very flexible space!
Further details outdoors: The apartment is reached from a private, gated road, access is via a flight of stone steps, the apartment has it's own parking spaces. The Balcony and solarium overlook the beautiful shared pool, and the seaviews are stunning.
