This new, luxury ground floor apartment is part of the Los Leandros IV development built in 2003 and is situated in La Mata/Cabo Cervera at the foot of the long white sandy beach of Playa de La Mata. Very close to all beach bars, restaurants, watersports and the golfing courses. We are only minutes from Torrevieja which used to be an old spanish fishing town but is now a vibrant and bustling town with many new shops and restaurants, bars and cafes for the influx of ex-pats now living or holidaying in the area.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Location. Our location is exactly half way from Alicante and Murcia airports which are only 30 mins easy drive away. We recomend car rental as they are so cheap at around 10 pounds per day and the roads are not as crowded as the UK so not stressfull. Taxis are the other method of transport to the apartment and then local buses around the area but in the end car hire gives you that freedom for that little extra cost.
Torrevieja area / La Mata area
Whats nearby. There is an abundance of bars restaurants and supermarkets close by and are very good and not so dear. The local beach of Playa de La Mata is a controlled beach with no watersports but these can be found at the next beach along at Guadamar. The Aquapark and olympic swimming pool is 30 mins walk or 5 mins by car and is very good for the kids and adults as a substitute from the beach. 5 great proffessional 18 hole golf courses are within 30 mins drive from the apartment with another 2 being under construction at present.

Further details indoors: The interior is very spacious for a spanish apartment and consists of a master double bedroom with a very comfortable UK size double bed. Side cabinets and a built in wardrobe. The twin bedroom has 2 UK size single beds with a side cabinet and built in wardrobe. The lounge area has a good size corner lounge suite capable of seating 5-6 people and also can be used as an extra bed if need be. We have sky tv that picks up the UK programmes including soaps and sky sports etc. There is a dining suite to seat 4 people. The kitchen has a freestanding fridge freezer with an oven cooker, kettle, toaster and microwave. Our bathroom consists of a bath with shower facility, toilet, bidet and wash basin. Also a portable hair dryer and bar heater on wall.
Further details outdoors: The front balcony/terrace area is very spacious for relaxing with the outdoor dining suite. There are a couple of deck chairs for catching the early morning sun and late afternoon/evening sun that our apartment receives every day in Spain. At the back of the apartment we have a bit of utility area with washing machine and washing basin. This area has iron bar gates for security to the apartment and anything being stored in this area. There is community underground secure parking but unfortunately i have not purchased a parking space at present.

Payments will only be accepted in the advertised currencies unless agreed by the advertiser or renter in advance. On arrival to the apartment you will be met by our caretaker/cleaner who will welcome you and show you around the apartment and community. They will try to make your stay as comfortable as possible so if there is anything you need to know they will be there to help you. This service is only 15 Euros and is to be paid on arrival to our caretakers. There is also a clean/ironing fee of 55.00 Euros to be paid on arrival to the caretaker for after your departure. Alternative ways of payments can be made by cheque, cash, bank transfer or postal orders by this advert and now by debit/credit card by going to my website - please ask for details. We can offer our property on a long let basis from only 140.00 per week.
