The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The southern Costa Blanca or White Coast as the name means, has an average of 320 days a year of sunshine and maintains an average year round temperature of 24°C. According to the World Health Organisation the area has the "healthiest climate in the world". This is caused by the combination of constant year round warm temperatures and the two huge salt lakes rich in minerals of "Laguna de la Mata" (now a conservation area) and the "Salina de San Miguel" that surround Torrevieja.
The natural salt lakes dry the air, therefore reducing humidity and producing a healthy atmosphere beneficial for people who suffer with chest problems, arthritis, rheumatism etc. These lakes are also home to a host of wildlife including large flocks of flamingos.
Torrevieja area / Playa Flamenca area
Playa Flamenca can cater for many different types of holiday. Summer or winter breaks; an historic or maritime break ; a golf or beach break ; or a fun holiday with your family and children, on the many blue flag beaches in the area.
Playa Flamenca is every golfers Mediterranean dream, with 3 beautiful championship courses of international prestige, within a 15 minutes drive of the property. Facilities include : Club Hire; Caddie Car & Buggie Hire; Pro Shop; Driving Range; Putting Green; and Restaurant. The fabulous Villamartin is a frequent venue for the Mediterranean Open. Campoamor, set amongst the palm and pine trees is a beauty to behold. Las Ramblas, another magnificent course, is a real test of golf. Within a 30 minutes drive, you can select from another 8 courses, each with its own unique design, including the world famous La Manga, and La Finca courses. All are challenging, but are most enjoyable to play.
Street markets are very popular in Torrevieja and the surrounding villages. The street market is an alternative to traditional commerce and in them you can obtain numerous objects for decoration, textiles, clothing, interior design, craft, animals, footwear and horticultural produce at very reasonable prices, which can sometimes be good buys.
The street markets have a real arab-style market atmosphere and have achieved great popularity amongst the Spanish and the thousands of Europeans that visit Torrevieja. Some are held once a week and others are permanent. They are often held on seaside promenades.

To reserve a booking we require an initial deposit of 25% of the total of the reservation.
A damage deposit is also required for the amount of 200.00 euros which is refunded back to your credit/debit card within 14 days from departure date upon the property being checked.
The balance of the reservation is due 8 weeks prior to arrival (including the damage deposit).
Please note that credit/debit card payments incur a 1.5% surcharge.
A departure clean is payable upon arrival in local currency for 50.00€ All linen and towels are provided - laundry costs are 10.00€ per person. Please note beach towels are not provided.
