Family apartment available for rent, just a few minutes walk from nearest beach or a few kilometers to a selection of other beaches. Lots of shops, bars, pubs, restaurants and banks just a few minutes walk away, in a large complex.
Situated a few hundred yards from the main coast road, it is ideally situated for exploring the larger towns up and down the coast. There are lots of things to see locally; the nature reserve, Nation's park, the old tower, waterfall in Torrevieja, La Zenia beach and Punta Prima beach.
Apartment complex has a large swimming pool available to residents, which can be observed from the garden, making it totally safe for children. There are also several golf courses in the locality, as well as places of interest to view and shop. A book of activities, maps and restaurants is available in the apartment. Please add to it, if you discover other interesting places.
Wi-fi has been newly installed and is free for guests to use.

Apartment comes with 6 beds.. There are two leather couches in an open plan living space, providing seating for 6. There are tables and seats outside for 'al fresco' dining or a table and 6 chairs inside. There is a tumble dryer in the utility room as well as the clothes dryer in the garden. Travel light by washing and drying clothes rather than packing more, meaning you can save money and time on airport baggage charges.
In the living room cupboards are a selection of family board games, children's games and books. There is also a selection of books for adults to borrow. These have been provided to make your children feel comfortable and relaxed, however please make sure that your children take care of them, and leave them in a good state for someone else.
Bed linen and towels are provided and will be changed at the end of each rental. Towels are left for your use during your stay, but please bring your own beach towels.

BBQ and coals are stored in the utility room, but may be used by guests.PLEASE CLEAN OUT THE TRAY AND THE GRILL AFTER USE.
There is also a table and chairs / sunloungers outside for use. If taking towels or sunloungers into the communal garden, please ensure they are returned to our garden at night time. The garden has a lock to prevent children being able to 'escape' into the pool unattended. Please lock this again at the end of your stay.
PLEASE NOTE: INFLATABLES ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE POOL. IF YOU BUY THEM, PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THE IN THE GARDEN.
Both the car gate and the pedestrian gate have magnet locks. The keys are supplied upon booking but if they are lost, please contact us as soon as possible to have the numbers deleted from the system. Replacement keys are charged at 20 €.
Deposit payable at the time of the booking. The balance is due, 6 weeks before the holiday.
The cleaners will clean and change bedding at the end of each stay. For this, they charge us £65. This is added to the cost of the rental and paid directly to us, with the balance outstanding, 6 weeks before the holiday. We have had some problems in the past, with people not leaving the money or not leaving enough etc.
Please ensure that you respect the apartment and the complex. Many people live and stay there and do not want their holiday/lifestyle spoilt by rowdy behaviour. We would love you to have a peaceful, relaxing holiday and expect you, as our guests, to show respect to others.
The Costa Blanca/Valencia region
This long, sandy stretch of the Costa Blanca is littered with small coves and exclusive beaches as well as the fun filled holiday beaches. Shops, bars and restaurants are in ample supply and the temperate climate means that these can be enjoyed all year round.
Several large places of interest provide planty of things to do. They inclue Rio Safari at Elche, Historic and Cultural Murcia, Stepped city of Guadalest, Salt Lakes at Torrevieja and the cave houses at Orihuela.
Alicante itself, as well as being the airport town, also has some of the best fish restaurants in the vacinity along the harbour area.
Benidorm is an hour's drive up the Ap7 motorway (toll of 2.95 euros payable) or a 90 minute drive along the coast road (N332). In Benidorm is the excellect Terra Mitica theme park and Mundomar dolphin park. Why not make a day of it and stop for lunch, in one of the fish restaurants on the way.
There are lots of places other than beaches, which can be reached from the apartment without difficulties. A book containing details of these, is kept in the cupboard in the living room.
The salt flats can be visited via a bird watching centre, containing leaflets on the types of birds found there.
From Torrevieja Harbour it is possible to catch the ferry to Tarabac Island, steeped in history and excellent for bird watchers.
In Torrevieja Town Centre, you can marvel at the waterfalls and statues in the town square, or eat a meal in the beachside restaurants, or go shopping in the shops and boutiques in the centre. When the shops shut for siesta, you can sample traditional Spanish cooking by walking one road back from the sea front. These restaurants provide chances for you to try out your Spanish as well as providing a cheap, interesting meal, washed down with local wine.
Close to the town cente is a mini golf site and near the apartment is the karting track, with mini-carts for young children.
There is a weekly Saturday Street market and two car boot sales on Thursdays and Sundays. Torrevieja street market in on Fridays but a daily fruit and veg market can also be found. Guadamar has a Wednesday market, finishing at the beach, Almoradi has a Sunday market, making a square around the church in the town centre.
Golfers Paradise Playa Flamenca is surrounded by five first class 18 hole golf courses ; Villamartin, Royal Campoamor, Las Ramblas, La Finca and Ciudad Quesada, all within a short drive from our apartment. Other courses including La Manga complex available within a 30 - 45 minute drive from the apartment. Villamartin golf course is located on the Orihuela Costa is the closest (10 minute drive) and probably the best-known course in the area. Designed by Paul Putman and opened in 1972 the 1994 Mediterranean open was hosted here and, to much local delight, was won by Jose Maria Olazabal. This region of Spain enjoys particularly pleasant winters, and is ideal for golf.

i would recomend this to everyone, beautiful apartment, nice and clean, owners are really good, pool is good, shops not to far away,( not bad prices) i stayed with my partner and we loved this place and would go again, thank you Steve and Bev, you were great.

several restaurants/supermarkets a few minutes walk pool practically on patio area english tv was a bonus only downside of our stay was the beds which were not too comfortable for us as we all had a bit of backache in the morning but all in all a great apt and we had a great holiday woud return again
