Home description
This fully equipped 2 bedroom ground floor apartment is in an ideal location for familes, couples and groups. It is situated near several small beaches in Playa Flamenca; within walking distance of bars, family pubs and restaurants to suit every taste. With 2 communal pools, air conditioning and many other features you need look no further for your holiday accommodation!
The property comprises of lounge diner, fully fitted American style kitchen, utility room with laundry facilities, bathroom with full size bath and over head shower, one double room, one twin room with small patio and a large patio area at the front of the apartment with patio furniture provided. There is also a DVD player and a selection of DVDs available; plus and electronic safe is available for 20 euros per week which is payable locally.
The local pool is about 12 yards from the front of the apartment and requires a passkey to enter. There is also another pool 200 yards away which also has a passkey entry. Both pools are large and only for the exclusive use of the apartment guests.
The apartment is situated in Playa Flamenca, in South Costa Blanca, only twenty five minutes journey from Murcia San Javier airport and forty five minutes from Alicante airport.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Places to visit in the area are the mud baths of the Mar Menor, the local town of Torrevieja, Salt lakes of Torrevieja and La Mata. The historic town of Orihuela is of particular appeal and is full of places of interest (There's even a Guide you could book). But only within a few miles of Playa Flamenca are many old and hidden villages and towns.
Note: If you want to say, go to the beach or take an excursion, the management company, at a small cost, can help your travel requirements.
The South Costa Blanca can be found on the south east coast of Spain.
The beautiful beaches of Costa Blanca cover approximately 100km of coast line. With their white sand and rocky coves, many of these holding European Blue Flags to enable you to identify cleanliness and safety.
Outdoor pursuits such as pony trekking, hiking, cycling & mountain biking are very popular, with the excellent weather making this possible all year round.
Torrevieja area / Playa Flamenca area
In the immediate area you will find restaurants, shops and Saturday street market.
There are 3 commercial centres nearby (5 -15 min walk). Each commercial centre contains many English, Chinese, Indian and Italian Restaurants and also many English and Irish pubs. There is also a children's activity bar nearby where they can enjoy ball pools, slides etc.
There is a golf course only 5 minutes away by car and 2 others only about 10 minutes drive away

The beach is about 15 minutes walk but from May to October there is a regular local bus that goes to the beach and has various stops in the resort.
Golf Golf and more GOLF courses are all within a 6 minute drive from the apartment. The names of them are Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas Others within half an hour to an hours drive are La Finca, Roda and La manga, La Marquesa, and more.

All cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by us. Cancellations made before 28 days of arrival – £50 Cancellations made between 27 days and day of arrival - 100% No single sex parties, stag or hen weekends. Maximum 4 people to stay in the apartment, infants are not part of the occupancy as long as they are sleeping in a cot. Guests own acceptable or one can be pre-booked.
