The Apartment is on the second floor. There is a large living room with sofa and television and dining area. There is also a modern well equipped fitted kitchen with granite work surfaces. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with two single beds, and one with bunk beds and an additional single bed. The patio has space to cook barbeques.
All the bedrooms have air conditioning and heating.
The apartment is located in the Residencias Filipinas-oeste area of Orihuela Costa. It is an ideal holiday area offering peace and tranquillity. The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Torrevieja area / Orihuela Costa area
Residencia Filipinas-oeste fase is situated in a secure area near the resort of Punta Prima, it is within easy walking distance to some of the most beautiful beaches on the Costa Blanca, white sands, coves and sand dunes are in abundance. You are also within walking distance to a wide variety of bars and restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The town of Torrevieja is just a 5 minute drive away. It has a large shopping centre as well as the typical Spanish shops and evening markets. There are so many must see towns and villages it is impossible to mention them all.
