Come to Punta Prima and enjoy the best of everything! Rosa Blanca is situated on the coast where there are numerous bays, beaches and lagoons to explore nearby. These range from shady palm forest picnic areas to larger beaches with cafes and children's' play facilities. Linking all these is a lovely coastal walk. Meanwhile in nearby Torrevieja [5km] the splendid promenade offers a huge choice of eating places, bars, entertainments, shops, markets, beaches with all facilities, a marina, aquapark and watersports. Further afield visit Alicante city and castle, Elche with its palm forest and historic Orihuela to make the holiday complete. Golf enthusiasts are well catered for with over 5 golf courses within a few minutes drive, varying from comfortable to challenging and all excellently designed. Watersports facilities are in abundance all along the coast, ranging from scuba diving off the nearby island of Tabarca, to sailing ,wind-surfing and water skiing on the Mar Menor
How to get there
Fly to Murcia [San Javier] or Alicante - Rosa Blanca is easy to get to from either. A wide choice of cheap flights is available at both these airports from Ryanair, BMI Baby, EasyJet etc. We will arrange airport transfers for you or car hire if required- 20 mins drive from Murcia or 40mins from Alicante Rosa Blanca is also easy to reach by road and served by a regular bus service- we will send you maps and full details on request.

Further details indoors: Perfect for couples but equally suitable for families, you will love this 4th floor apartment. Light and spacious, Rosa Blanca is fully air-conditioned/heated and tastefully furnished. The master bedroom has a full en suite bathroom with shower and there is a second full bathroom again with shower, opposite the twin room. There are excellent views from all rooms, with the main lounge area opening onto the large sun terrace. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable holiday .
Further details outdoors: Relax and enjoy the large sun terrace at Rosa Blanca- large enough for all the family to eat al fresco and soak up the sun. Or, take a quiet walk along the paved walkways in the tropical gardens to the three outdoor pools [one heated] We provide sun chairs and beach toys to take to the beach or gardens as well as sunbeds , chairs and table for the terrace. Secure underground parking is also provided and there is a 24 hour security service. Pitch and Put also available.

Complementary deluxe welcome pack on arrival! Prices are inclusive of free welcome pack, bed linen, towels, cleaning, air-con and heating. Beach towels are not provided but can be hired for 5 euros per towel per stay. Mid-stay linen/towel changes are also available at 15 euros and mid-stay clean at 40 euros, if required.A deposit of 25% of total rental price is required at the time of booking to secure it. The balance will be due eight weeks prior to departure. You will be met the apartment by our agent who will hand you the keys and show you around. On arrival you will need to pay them 150 euros key/damage deposit, refundable on return of keys and pending inspection by our agents for damage, loss, excessive cleaning or laundering at the end of your stay. Late bookings must be paid in full at least two weeks prior to departure. Discounts considered for lets longer than two consecutive weeks. Airport collection can be arranged.
Conditions
There is wheelchair access to the apartment and inside the apartment to all rooms. However, there is a step between the living room and the outdoor sun-terrace.
