This is a lovely modern apartment with an open plan living area, includes kitchen area, dinning area with table that seats 4, and lounge with a corner leather sofa, with patio doors leading to balcony area. It has a bright double bedroom with fitted wardrobe, with patio door leading to balcony area. The en-suite has a bath with shower over. The twin room has a fitted wardrobe and an en-suite shower room. The balcony area has patio furniture with full sun on it most of the afternoon and evening, and views of one of the small pools. All furniture is modern and clean.Barbecuing is not allowed on the balcony as it would be a fire risk. If you are planning to stay longer you can have the apartment cleaned, this you can arrange with the my agent, the fee is paid directly to the agent.

The Valenciana region
The Costa Blanca, or White Coast, is one of Spain’s most popular tourist destinations. The region extends 200 kilometres along the Mediterranean coast through the province of Alicante, stretching from Gandia to Torrevieja. Visitors to the Costa Blanca are spoilt for choice, for the destinations are varied and diverse. The Costa Blanca has a resort to suit every taste. From the most bustling and cosmopolitan resorts such as Alicante itself.
History -The Costa Blanca has a celebrated and rich history, and there are many interesting sites throughout the region. It was also a strategically important for many settlers, including the Phoenicians, Greeks, Romans, Visigoths, Carthaginians and Moors. With each civilization living a mark of its identity on the land. Probably the most evident is the influence of the Roman and Moorish occupations, which are present even today in the villages, monuments and cultural attractions of the Costa Blanca.Natural surroundingsTo the North, a curtain of mountains runs parallel to the sea, descending at times to form cliffs; to the South, a vast plain of sand patches, palm trees, and salt deposits make up the backdrop for the beaches.From the valleys, which are covered with stepped orchards and keep alive its Moorish past, to the palm trees of unmistakable African origin, the horizons of the Costa Blanca offer the most varied attractions.The fields of almond trees, the vineyards, the fruit orchards and the magnificent palm trees. Torrevieja lies just 40kms south of Alicante, and this is an area that has been identified by the World Health Organisation as the healthiest place to live in Europe. Known as 'The City of Salt' its salt lake draws moisture from the air creating a micro dry climate that is especially beneficial for those who suffer from arthritis, rheumatism, skin conditions, respiratory conditions and other ailments.
Take a stroll down the beautiful promenade with its daily market, visit the International Marina which holds around 1500 boats of all shapes and sizes, and enjoy fresh catches of the day in one of the numerous local restaurants.There is a large shopping mall, The Harbenera, situated a short drive from the apartment. Shops include H & M, Zara, C & A, to name a few. Blue flag beaches. Le Zenia is10 minute drive, with its small quaint shops and cafes.
Commercial centre within walking distance with many resturants and cafes to suit all tastes, small independent retailers with interesting curios. Even a Burger King and a Lidl
Many markets can be found operating on different days.
For the children there are a variety of theme parks including the famous Terra Mitica park on the outskirts of Benidorm about an hours drive away, plus local water parks in the Torrevieja area.

"Lovely flat and location"
This 2 bed flat is in a lovely enclosed development with 3 pools for residents/visitors use, making it very safe for kids. One of the pools is visible from the balcony so you can keep tabs if necessar… More

"Very relaxing and pleasant stay"
Me and a friend went here in May 2012. We found the flat was really clean and modern and well maintained. There was a Tv with full English Freeview. There is ample parking in the complex. The flat is on the first floor and there is a lift to take you to this floor. We spent relaxing on the balcony which had views of the pool. The local contact Andy was very pleasant and very helpful.
The whole complex was kept at a high standards with the pools lovely and clean, the gardens well kept.
There are loads of supermarkets nearby if you want to make your own food and eat in, but there are numerous restaurants with every conceivable food you want to eat. Within walking distance there is a 'Commercial Center' which is where a lot of shops, pubs, and restaurants can be found. People are all very friendly and very helpful. If there is anything you need guaranteed you'll find it there. If you hire a car you can explore some of the other areas just a few minutes drive from the apartment.
If you're a shopaholic there's is the Habernera Center with all the well known High St shops. We had a car so were able to get a bit further out. If you want to laze on a beach there are many to choose from, in Torrevieja all along the coast to the apartment, where there is a clean man made beach within the cliffs. Beautiful and quiet at the time we went. We visited markets, shops, cafes, and just chilled out in the apartment. A really great place to visit for variety. I would definitely go there again.
