Bedlinen & towels are provided. The property has a lovely garden with patios at the front and back, perfect for relaxing, sunbathing or even an evening BBQ. The property is only 20 metres from a beautiful communal pool.

Situated very close to the property there are 2 commercial centres with numerous places to eat and drink. Within a 5 minute drive there are several beaches, the championship golf courses of VillaMartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor and Go-Karting. 5Km south of the property there is an abundance of nightlife, shopping, a water park, cinema, ten-pin bowling and much more inTorrevieja.

Los Altos is situated 5Km south of Torrevieja on the Orihuela Costa in the Costa Blanca. The Costa Blanca has a lovely climate all year round with over 320 days of sunshine. The Costa Blanca and Murcia region offer fantastic golfing opportunites. The cities of Alicante, Orihuela, Murcia and Cartegena are less than hours drive away if you want to go sightseeing. If you fancy a bit more nightlife why not try the bustling resort of Benidorm which is only 1 hour away.

Los Altos is a popular holiday resort frequented by the British and Spanish suitable for families, couples and singles. It is easy to find British and Spanish bars and restaurants mixed in with traditional Spain. It is ideally situated for family, beach holidays and especially well placed for lovers of golf with several excellent course within easy distance.

Daily flights from all UK airports into Murcia & Alicante, airlines inlcude Ryanair, EasyJet, BMI Baby, Monarch, Jet2.Com, ThomsonFly. The property was built in February 2007 and is finished to a very high standard. All fixtures and fittings are brand new. The property benefits from all the creature comforts you would expect back home.

Out the front of the property there is a large patio area with table and chairs and a private walled garden ideal for sunbathing. At the rear there is a private enclosed terrace also with patio furntiure.

Conditions

Refundable breakages deposit of £75 required with payment, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

We would prefer no smoking except on the terraces and in the garden.

The property is suitable for children of all ages.

Payment by cash or cheque is due 4 weeks before departure, a £50 deposit is required on booking. A £75 breakages refundable deposit is required with full payment, this will be returned within 2 weeks of the end of your stay. A £35 cleaning charge is required with the final payment.
