Set in the popular area of La Florida nr Playa Flamenca this two bedroom apartment is within easy walking distance to bars, shops and restaurants.

The property benefits from air conditioning and TV satellite and also has a large private roof solarium to make the most of the Spanish sun, the solarium also has a retractable canopy for those who would rather enjoy the views and keep in the shade.

There is a balcony that leads from the lounge area to dine al fresco if required. The magnificent communal pool is a few seconds walk from the apartment which is set in well maintained grounds.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The southern Costa Blanca or White Coast as the name means, has an average of 320 days a year of sunshine and maintains an average year round temperature of 24°C. According to the World Health Organisation the area has the "healthiest climate in the world".

This is caused by the combination of constant year round warm temperatures and the two huge salt lakes rich in minerals of "Laguna de la Mata" (now a conservation area) and the "Salina de San Miguel" that surround Torrevieja. The natural salt lakes dry the air, therefore reducing humidity and producing a healthy atmosphere beneficial for people who suffer with chest problems, arthritis, rheumatism etc. These lakes are also home to a host of wildlife including large flocks of flamingos.


Torrevieja area / Playa Flamenca area

La Florida/Playa Flamenca is a residental area, non-commercialised, but near to all the required holiday facilities, i.e. blue-flag beachs, championship golf, tennis, water sports, aqua parks, and go-carting.

One hour's drive away is Benidorm where there are half a dozen theme/aqua parks. Terra Mitica is Spains best Theme Park featuring over 60 thrilling rides and spectacular shows.

Street markets are very popular in Torrevieja and the surrounding villages. The street market is an alternative to traditional commerce and in them you can obtain numerous objects for decoration, textiles, clothing, interior design, craft, animals, footwear and horticultural produce at very reasonable prices, which can sometimes be good buys.

Some are held once a week and others are permanent.

The town of Torrevieja is only 5 mins away and is easily reached by car, bus or local taxi. Torrevieja has a great selection of shops, restaurants & bars catering for all tastes, the weekly Friday market is not only an experience that shouldnīt be missed but also an ideal venue to sort out all those souvenirs to take back home with you.

Naufragos beach in Torrevieja has been awarded the blue flag which signifies that the beach, water and facilities are of a high standard. The tree lined promenade along the seafront of Torrevieja is an ideal place for a leisurely stroll, or just sit and watch the world go by.

The town is full of history with its museums and beautiful church square. With many blue flag beaches on this coast you can visit a different one each day of your holiday, not to mention the area being the healthiest place in the world to live (according to the WHO) thanks to the 2 natural salt lakes.

There is an adbundance of activities that can be found in the area, go-karting can be found in Punta Prima, horse riding can be arranged though ElRancho, bowling, darts or watching a movie can all be found in Torrevieja.

The local buses are an inexpensive way to explore other areas, whether it be a day in Alicante city or the port of Cartagena.

Please note that to reserve the booking a holding deposit must be paid by credit card for 150.00 euros. This is refunded back to you within 14 days of departure once the property has been checked that there are no breakages or damages.

The balance of the holiday becomes due 8 weeks prior to arrival by sterling cheque.

Departure clean and linen cost must be paid at the same time as the balance totalling 50.00 pds sterling.

Please note for your comfort and hygiene all laundry is professionally laundered.

The apartment also has a 24 hour contact number should you experience any problems within the apartment during your stay for your own peace of mind.
