About the home

There is cold and warm air conditioning for your added comfort. The kitchen has all essential appliances including a washing machine and the lounge has a large sofa, flat screen TV (British Channels), Ipod dock and DVD player. The apartment can be easily accessed by wheelchair users. Wi-fi is also available.

Guests can enjoy the choice of relaxing on the balcony or sunbathing on the spacious rooftop solarium. The balcony faces the communal garden and large swimming pool with shallow area for smaller children. Sunshades are permanent features within the communal area to provide shade when required.

The apartment is located within easy walking distance of a number of commercial centres with many bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. Villamartin is only a 10 minute drive or taxi ride where you will also find a large selection of quality bars and restaurants. For a more lively social scene the bustling town of Torrevieja is approximately 15 mins away. Local shops and supermarkets are within walking distance or a few minutes drive to enable you to stock up on provisions.

Playa Flamenca beach is just one of 7 blue flag beaches within close proximity to the apartment all of which have different characteristics for walks, relaxing and water activities to suit all the family.
Also within a short distance you will find go-karting, mini fairground, cinema, boat trips, water parks and shopping malls and a number of accredited golf courses available for your enjoyment.

Guests can enjoy the choice of relaxing on the balcony or sunbathing on the spacious communal rooftop solarium. The balcony (with table and chairs), faces the communal garden and large swimming pool with shallow area for smaller children. Sunshades are permanent features within the communal gardens/pool area to provide shade when required. The apartment can be accessed by a ramp and there is a lift which can be used to access the rooftop solarium which has sea views.

Provisional bookings can be held for 48 hours pending receipt of Booking Request Form by owner. The Booking Request Form is emailed to client for completion once provisional booking is agreed. After 48 hours dates may no longer be available,

£100 deposit required at time of booking with final settlement 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. €50 payable on arrival for all bookings, for laundry of towels and bedding and cleaning of the apartment. Full week bookings only for Easter. Bookings for less than 7 days only bookable 6 weeks prior to departure. Any breakages/damage to be reported to housekeeper during your stay, replacement charges may be incurred. Long term lettings are also available between Oct - March. Prices available on request.

Each of our guests will be sent directions and helpful information prior to your holiday. On arrival at the complex you will be met by our key holder who will welcome you into the apartment and ensure that you have all information you need to get settled in and start enjoying your holiday.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The apartment is situated on the Costa Blanca approximately 1 mile from the Mediterranean Sea. Between May and October the weather is sunny and warm most of the time.

The temperature can get up to 104°F (40°C) in August, with the sea at a very comfortable 77°F (25°C).

The Torrevieja Area / Playa Flamenca area
