The house is a 3 bedroom 1/4 villa consisting of a spacious lounge with an American style kitchen. Ther e is a small utility room with washing machine. The kitchen has is fully equipped and the 3 bedrooms consist of a double bedroom with a balcony and two twin rooms.
The house has a downstairs shower room and toilet and there is a family bathroom with bath upstairs.There is a full sky television package installed and the house has air conditioning.The superb roof terrace is also fitted with a shower. We have a table and eight chairs on the outside patio that allows for a fantastic al fresco dining experience.
This house was the estate show house and therefore is finished to a superiour standard,all aspects of the decor have been thoughtfully assembled and are reflected in the tranquil surrondings. The private garden and secure nature of the complex means this villa is perfect for families.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Valencia is the home of paella, and this area has white sandy beaches, with the mountains rolling away to the sea. The city of Valencia blends Roman and Gothic architecture with ultra-modern constructions, and is an increasingly popular destination. The city is set upon the Costa del Azahar, quieter than the Costa Blanca to the south, with vast stretches of orange groves and sandy beaches.
The Alicante province has one of the best all round year climates as advised by the World Health Organisation.
Torrevieja area / Los Balcones area
There are several restaurants within a 5 minute walk and many more within a 20 minute walk. Mar Menor is a 15 minute drive with La Manga only 25 minutes away. There are dozens of golf clubs to choose from with several beaches close at hand.
The beaches of Torrevieja have held European Blue Flag for Clean Seas for several years, awarded for their quality and excellent facilities. During the day Torrevieja also offers a range of leisure and entertainment areas. As well as its beaches and numerous terraces along its maritime promenade, its great waterpark Aquópolis is swarming with families, young people and children during the summer months.
How to get there
Easyjet, globespan, Ryan Air, Airscotland ,BA and all main airline operators fly to Alicante and Murcia, Alicante is a 40 min drive while Murcia is only 20mins.

Further details outdoors: The house boasts a private garden and secure gate that allows small children to play in safety. The paths from the house around the pool area are tarmac and very well kept. There are two lockable gate entrances to the pool which promotes safety as far as small children cant wander into the pool on there own, as well as a the large swimming pool , there is a toddler pool and 2 showers at the pool side.

A deposit iof £100 is required and the rental rates are as follows. June July August September £300 per week, the rest of the year £200 per week.
We have a British Key holder who will meet you on arrival and explain were everything is and how it works, he also offers a maid service on your depature date for around 40 euros.
