A beautiful two bedroom apartment with enclosed, rear garden and covered south facing terrace, set in one of the most attractive residential areas in Playa Flamenca. The apartment directly overlooks the communal pool. With only one apartment above, this apartment is traditionally furnished and fully equipped with every modern convenience to make your holiday as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.

Local shops and the commercial centre, full of restaurants cafés, shops and entertainment, as well as the local Saturday morning market, are all within walking distance.

Playa Flamenca is every golfer's dream with 3 beautiful championship golf courses of international prestige within a 10 minute drive. Sightseers can choose from the nearby historic cities of Murcia, Cartagena Alicante or the town of Elche, famous for it's palm tree forest. And the town of Torrevieja, with it's new promenade, excellent shopping, cafes and nightlife is just a short drive or taxi -ride away. A Water park opened in 2005, and the Millenium gardens and park with floating 'Swan' boat rides are other local attractions.

Satellite TV. Large living/dining area with galley kitchen adjacent, and leading to pretty main bedroom with en suite, twin bedroom and bathroom. Airconditioned, with additional fans the property is light and attractively furnished in the local style throughout.

Pretty secluded garden to the rear of the property with private dining and built-in barbecue area, room for sunbathing, or just peace and quiet away from the communal pool area. Flamingo Hills II is predominantly a residential area with many of the dwellings having their own pool. Throughout the year the communal pool is never overcrowded due to the urbanisation being mainly residential. This adds to the peace and tranquility for those who simply want to get away from it all.

To the front of the property there is private south facing covered terrace that captures all day sun. The front garden has beautful flowering bushes that really come alive in the Summer and cool summer drinks can be enjoyed with a slice of lemon from the tree. The pool is for the use of residents only.

The Valenciana region

The Costa Blanca, with its wonderful beaches attracts millions of tourists every year. In the north the costa blanca starts with Denia and Javea two wonderful towns at the bottom of a mountain. In the south the costa blanca goes down to Guardamar and Torrevieja. With such wonderful cities like the Elche, the palm tree capital of the world.

You can basically travel along the Costa Blanca as the carretera national goes all way alongside the coast.

There are many attractions alongside the Costa Blanca, some of them specially for tourists like the entertainment park Terra Mitica at Benidorm or the bays of Altea and Calpe. Others are smaller towns and villages like Villajoyosa just south of Benidorm, famous for its old town and its chocolate.

The World Health Organisation, in 1986, stated that the climate in Costa Blanca was one of the most even in the world – They claimed that is was not too hot in the summer nor that it was too cold in the winter. A subtropical Mediterranean climate can be enjoyed in Costa Blanca, with sea breezes having a cooling effect in the summer and temperatures staying mild in the winter. On average the sun shines for 3,000 hours per year. In days, that’s approx. 325 days per year. 20C is the average temperature here in the Costa Blanca so whatever you fancy Costa Blanca can cater for all your needs.

Torrevieja Area

The apartment is in a lovely residential area situated a few minutes walk, (or short drive) from a wide choice of sandy blue Flag beaches and coves, suitable for bathing for all ages, with water sports available.

Set in a residential urbanisation, the property is not far from the busy commercial centre with its lively restaurants bars cafes and supermarkets, yet far away enough from the hustle and bustle to offer you the peace you need when you want it.

Playa Flamenca is every golfer's dream with 3 beautiful championship golf courses of international prestige within a 10 minute drive. Each course is very diverse with Las Ramblas offering excellent target golf practice as you make your way through narrow ravines and Campoamor offering wide fairways with tight greens.

"Great Apartment"

We have just returned home from a great holiday. The apartment was clean and a nice size with everything we needed. It was perfectly located for the pool, if you don't fancy going in you can sit and watch from the front terrace and made use of the BBQ at the rear. Great location to shops, bars, restaurants and beach. The complex itself was very friendly and the children got on great with the other families.

"Enjoyable stay but with reservations."

Perfect location, no change of bed linen and towels for 10 day stay. On arrival we inquired about bbq area but agent said we would probably not use the rear yard. When we got access later we understood why, it was filthy.

We were disappointed to hear our agent had not cleaned and swept the patio area, however there had been severe storms that month that caused it to look so bad. Due to feedback we have renewed all of our bedding and towels. For guests staying for under two weeks we don't typically supply a mid stay change, however for a small fee we can do so upon request. We always try to accomodate our visitors as long as we are told at the time, so we can make thier stay as pleasent as possible.

"Excellent - Will definately be back"

What can i say, excellent will definately be back sums it up. No car required. The apartment is very central with supermarkets, restaurants, pubs and even the beach within walking distance. Property is right on the pool side which is an added bonus. Everyone in area is friendly and helpful. You can relax by pool or beach or there is a local go karting track within walking distance for those who are a little more adventurous. Apartment itself has everything you need including a BBQ in the garden. Highly recommended. Only thing that would be benefit is WiFi access which I am led to believe the owners are looking into. So hopefully next time I go back it will be in place.

"Had everything, will return."

Service from enquiry stage through booking and on to arrival was all very professional. Location of appt was good as all amenities were within 10 mins walking distance,an added bonus being that the pool is virtually right on the front door step The appt itself was clean and comfortable.

"Excellent - Nice relaxed stay."

Very much enjoyed our stary, clean and tidy flat. Lovely pool. Plenty of places to eat and drink. Excellent market. Kids really enjoyed themselves and especially the pool. Would highly recommend.

"Perfect location-very comfortable"

The house was lovely; the airconditioning was great as it was quite hot epecially at night. The balcony overlooks the swimming pool which is lovely-handy when kids are in the pool and need watching. It is perfectly located in a quiet area but within walking distance of the shops and restaurants with plenty of choice. The beach is about 5min drive away and the town of Torreveija is about 15min and is well worth a visit, especially the Marina!

"Would definately return"

excellent accomodation , everything you need within walking distance or taxis if needed .... variey of restaurants , bars all reasonable , nice beach , accomodation clean .. everything catered for , very spacious and lovely overlooking pool when you have young children .. would defiately recommend and return .

"my holiday in spain"

a very nice apartment with shared pool not overcrowded with other residence pool is in front of aparment it has a rear garden for bbq and patio area atbthe front service is marked down not because of anything bad we didnot ask for any apart from a welcome pack location is slighty down due to the walk to the beach it is excellent value

Thank you for your review, please note service was not used. This is because it is a self catering apartement and the agent is usually only seen at the beginning to meet and greet with keys and they can help with finding nearest shops and restaraunts. They also clean the apartment to excellent standards. Of course a contact telephone number is provided for the agent as they can provide extra services if required. The beach is a 15-20 minute walk, or a 2 minute drive. Although if hiring a car you may explore all the wonderful beaches in the vicinity.
