About the home

The apartment is located in the district of Playa flemenca, ideal location for holiday makers, whether you want a quite time away or on the other hand if you want to let your hair down and enjoy the attractions close at hand, the property is a 5 minute drive away from Cabo Roig, well known for its beaches, restaurants and night life attractions.

The apartment is south facing, therefore it is ideal for relaxing out on the patio to take in some rays or shelter under the table umbrella.If you do not want to drive, this is not a problem, a ten minute stroll will take you to any of the three commercial complexes that are near by, these are populated with bars, restaurants and entertainment venues to suit all needs.

The Saturday market is a well known feature weekly at the bottom of the road as you turn right out of the complex, for all the ladies and gents if you desire, alternatively there are a couple of well situated bars very close to the market, where the gents can chill out and wait for the ladies to do their thing. The choice is yours.

The property has two double rooms one with a king size double bed and the other with two single beds, there is the use of a single fold up bed if required, this is located in the utility room. Each room is fitted with electrical ceiling fans that operate with or without the room lights, there is one in each bedroom and two in the Dining/living room area.

Both rooms have large built in wardrobes that can hold your items either hung on rails or folded in the draws, these are then hidden away by the full length mirrored glass doors.The bath room is equipped with a large bath, power shower, His/Her sinks and a biday.The living room has a four seater corner unit sofa for when you want to relax and watch the wall mounted flat screen TV. You can choose from the 40 plus satellite channels or from the range of DVD's that are available at the property.

Further details outdoors:
The outside Patio area has a large 4 seater round garden table with a large matching table umbrella, it also has a separate seating area that three to four people can relax on, or one person can stretch across if they wish to do so. The patio area is also the access to the utility room that houses the washing machine, boiler, and general garden/patio essentials.There are two large swimming pools a short walk around the corner from the front door of the apartment.

I would advise the use of a car, due to the fact that there are so many different places to visit, that a short distances to drive, however to walk you will be limited to take in all of the local attractions. Having said that, you could have a very enjoyable stay, without the use of a car. The nearest water park is approximately 3Km drive away in Torrevieja.

Murcia airport is the nearest approximately 20 minutes drive away, however Alicante airport has more flight options, this is approximately 35 minutes drive from the apartment.

The two nearest airports to our apartment is Alicante, which is approximately 35 miniutes drive away, and Murcia airport which is about 20 minutes drive away. Both airports are furnished with all the leading car hire companies, that are all accessible on line from the UK, Goldcar,SixT, Alamo, Avis, Hertz, Europcar, are to name a few that I would recommend.

Airline companies that I would recommend are as follows:From Birningham, BMI Baby, Monarch, Ryan air,
From Luton/heathrow/gatwick, easy jet is the most popular and I would say good value for money, allbeit, any airline that is flying to suit your schedule at a resonable price is absolutely fine.
