2 further bedrooms downstairs , one has 2 single beds and the other has 1 single bed with a pull out guest full size single bed. All rooms have wardrobes and there is also a safe .

Further details
As of 25 Sept 2012 there is a new shopping centre - the largest in the Alicante province - called Alcampo . It is situated in La Zenia , only a 10 minute drive from the villa .
There is a bird sanctuary in San Pedro about 30 minutes drive from villa .

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Costa Blanca area has been pne of the favourite resort for years, its climate was recently declared to be the healthiest in the world, and the area has plenty of attractions from the nightclubs of Benidorm to the watersports of Torrevieja.
There are plenty of activities for children in this area too, such as the Terra Mítica theme park just outside Benidorm....
The Torrevieja Area / Los Altos, Torrevieja area
The Costa Blanca region has an abundance of beautiful beaches, towns to visit, parks & shopping centres and for the golfers, many fantastic courses .
Lots of old towns to visit including San Miguel de salinas, San Pedro, Cartagena.
Murcia city is about an hour's drive and is well worth a visit to see the cathedral and wonder through the city .

I reserved this holiday villa on Easter. I received clear directions and arrived at the house with no hassle. The house was clean, tidy and very welcoming. There is everything you will need in the house to make your stay all the more comfortable and fun. The pool is shared by very friendly neighbors, and there are shops and restaurants within walking distance. About 15 min walk to the sea front which has lovely little beaches, and the nightlife in the "commercial centers" is fun and bubbly. Id highly recommend this house, and will more than likely be staying there again. Thank you |
