Casa denny is a typical Spanish house (casa) located in a peaceful residential area close to all local amenities but with only a short drive or bus ride to the main town and beaches. It is comfortably furnished with a small downstairs terrace and large upstairs sun terrace with views over the nature park and salt lakes.
The 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds in each which can be put together or left as single, both have en suite (downstairs shower, hand basin. WC and upstairs bath, hand basin) .There is also separate WC upstairs

The interior has new leather sofa (2 seater and 3 seater), dining table, coffee tables, wicker table and chairs for use on downstairs terrace. All the furniture is very high standard
The downstairs bedroom has 2 single beds, 2 wardrobes, bedside drawers and ensuite toilet, shower and basin.
The upstairs bedroom has 2 single beds, 1 wardrobe, bedside drawer and ensuite bath. There is also a separate toilet upstairs.
Most of the furniture is brand new and to a high standard

There is a small terrace upon entry to the house and a large private sun terrace upstairs with sun loungers.
There is plenty of parking alongside
Charges are per week not per person, discounts may be available for longer let.
The cost of cleaning, laundry and and key collection is paid locally (50 euros) The keyholder lives in the same road so is available to meet you on arrival and for any questions you may have.
The Costa Blanca/Valencia region
The Costa Blanca is renowned for it's sandy white beaches and warm Mediterranean climate. Steeped in history and boasting beautiful mountain views, sweet fragrance orange groves and glistening waters, this picturesque Valencian province has something for everyone.
This region of Spain is rated by the World Health Organisation as being one of the healthiest places to live on the planet due to the salt lakes.
The Orihuela region which is close by has many historic areas, with it's many museums, churches, and historic buildings, is well worth a visit. . History is also in abundance in the nearby towns of Murcia and Cartagena.
There is plenty to do whatever your taste, from just purely relaxing on the beautifull beaches to golf, tennis, cycling, walking, shopping, culteral visit and much much more!
The climate has all year round sunshine, combined with the clean air from the salt lakes which has the benefit of a particularly healthy microclimate which has been proven to help with asthma, arthritis etc.
The lively town centre of Torrevieja is a 5 minute drive and is a popular holiday resort which attracts many different nationalities. There is a large harbour from which you can take boat trips, numerous shops, restaurants and bars with lovely squares in the centre of the town with churches. There is a permanent street market in the town and a funfair near the harbour which is open all year round. At the end of the promenade each end you will find the beaches. Apart from the wide range of shops in Torrevieja itself, there is on the edge of the town, the 'Habaneras', shopping centre with great shops, restarants a casino and free parking. In the harbour there is an open-air theatre and two new theatres have recently been built, so there is always a good choice of entertainment in the evening.
There are street markets every day of the week. These are listed in the free English local newspapers. English style boot sales can be found in the winter months.Torrevieja is a bustling cosmopolitan town, with people from all nations enjoying the relaxed life of Spain.
Local Markets in Playa Flamenca, Torrevieja, Guardamar and San Pedro are well worth a visit.
Depending on the time of year there are many Festivals in and around Torrevieja.
For sun worshippers there are miles of beautifull sandy beaches along the coast from larger beaches with watersports to quiet secluded beaches and there is even a naturist beach. Most of the beaches have beach bars open from March to around October but there are many other bars and restaurants on or around the beach area.
For Golf enthusiasts the Torrevieja area is every golfer's Mediterranean dream, with 3 beautiful championship courses of international prestige, within a 20 minutes drive from San Luis. The fabulous Villamartin is a frequent venue for the Mediterranean Open. Campoamor, set amongst the palm and pine trees and Las Ramblas, another magnificent course, is a real test of your golfing ability.
You will also find locally bowls, tennis, bike hire and water parks essentially whatever you require from a holiday from total peace and relaxation to activities and nightlife the area has it all.

"Great place to stay."
We had a great week staying at Casa Denny. everything was there, including a dishwasher ! plenty of crockery, cutlery ,glasses. The place was really clean.
We hired a car and it only took us about 10 mins to get down to the beaches.
The only thing I would say is, if there are people that want to stay through out winter months, then they might want a TV. We have been over to Spain in the winter months and we dont always want to go out every night, so its good to have a TV sometimes.

"Lovely house... quiet location... Excellent value"
We had a very nice 2 weeks at Casa Denny preceeded by excellent comms and booking process with Sandie.. very professional.
The property is in a quiet residential area and was lovely and clean and well prepared when we arrived. The essential mod cons are all there (washing machine, good fridge with plenty of room, dishwasher, microwave, good cooker etc) which was great. The house was nicely furnished and very comfortable.
As it was August and a pretty hot one at that, the house was very warm in the evenings/night although the ceiling fans helped HOWEVER, Sandie will have aircon up and running by next summer (dont think you'd need it outside the hotter months as the fans will do a good job) which will make this an even better place to stay. I would say also that the price we were charged was EXCELLENT value and reflective of the lack of aircon.
If you find it impossible to disconnect from the internet for your hols (like me!), then dont worry as the property is in a 3G area (with strong signal). We're with O2 and were able to pick up mobile internet through data roaming easily.
Unless you are a good walker, I'd recommend that you'll need a car to get around. Local restaurants are a short car journey away, and Torrevieja is about 10mins. Parking is no problem at Casa Denny..
The whole area is great with lovely beaches a short drive away, nice towns, plenty to do and see...
Its definately worth checking out and Casa Denny will provide you with a great base from which to explore the area.
