Argenta II Villa is located on the Costa Blanca coastline located within the Orihuela , Playa Flamenca area's just 15 to 20 minute walk from the beach or 3 minutes by car, near to La Zenia, Campomor and Villamartin, often these areas are referred to as one of Spain’s best kept secrets. Quiet and peaceful, yet only 15 minutes from the larger resorts such as Torrevieja by car or Taxi, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including a very short walk to the local market for local food produce and bargain hunting held on saturdays, and many excellent restaurants & bars close by for drinking and eating out.
The Villa comprises of a Master Bedroom with a very spacious balcony with stunning views of the pool, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With a second double bedroom with spare single bed underneath the double bed and one bedroom with 3 single beds, the villa is ideal for families and couples, with plenty in the surrounding areas to see and do during your stay.
As we visit the property ourselves a number of times a year we feel that every comfort required by guests has been catered for.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Mediterranean bathed region of Murcia, is not only known for its beautiful beaches, but also for a great number of natural beauties still to be discovered. It is precisely its natural charms and contrasts that makes Murcia outstanding from other regions. Natural open spaces with lush fertile green lands like the valley of Segura and the valley of Guadaletin: modern residential neighbourhoods reaching out to connect with small medieval towns. With temperatures hardly falling below 10°C in winter and summer temperatures of up to 40 °. As the coastline is about 1.3km away from the Property, the fresh wind from the sea gently reaches the area in summer. So be prepared for hot Murcia weather.
Costa Blanca / Orihuela / Playa Flamenca has 16 kilometres of beach which lie about 20 kilometres from the main city but are neighboured by Torrevieja to the north.
The Costa Blanca/Valencia region otherwise known as the White Coast extends along the eastern coast of Spain (approximately in the middle) and covers the province of Alicante. The Costa Blanca has the best all year round temperatures. The climate is recognised as one of the best in the world by the World Health Organisation.
It has over 100 kms of sandy beaches and rocky coves and many of the beaches have the coveted European Blue Flag signifying cleanliness and safe bathing these beaches are Mil Palmeras, Playa Flamenca, Campoamor, Zenia, Cabo Roig, and Punta Prima.
There are huge amounts of flights into Alicante airport, and Murcia airport. With the advent of many low-cost airlines many people live in Spain and commute to work in England. With flying time being only approx 2 hours many people now visit this region of Spain for Holidays, long weekends and trips for viewing properties which we can accommodate for with our villa.
The Costa Blanca is mostly flat with fine sandy beaches, palm trees and salt lakes. The south is much drier and more typical of what a person who had never visited Spain would expect to see. It also has something for everyone from tiny rural inland villages to cosmopolitan tourist resorts on the coast.
It's attractions lie in it's beauty - the amazing vivid blue Mediterranean waters, the lovely sandy beaches, the old towns and villages with their old narrow streets, Golf Course's the restaurants and bars where you can sit and relax outside because of the wonderful all-year round climate. It's simply a wonderful place in which to enjoy life and feel rejuvenated and refreshed.

Torrevieja area / Playa Flamenca area
Playa Flemenca is a beautiful blue flag beach which has just completed in March a Multi million euros major overhaul with all new marble walkways, Rails, Palm trees, bars and Excerlent Sea Food restaurants.
The beach comprises of a small hut, that serves drinks, ice cream and a selection of snacks all day. It also has a fixed straw shades and beach chairs, which you can rent for the day.
La Zenia & Cabo roig beaches are within walking distance from Playa Flemenca beach and short walk to Centro Commercial Flamenca Beach which have also been overhauled and interlinked with each other for a nice leisurley walk from Beach to Beach and about 3 to 5 minutes away by car form the property and is within a short to medium walking distance from the Villa.
Here you will find:- Bella India Restaurant, Diva Indian Restaurant, Hungarian Restaurant, Spud Murphy's Fish & Chip Restaurant, Irish Bars, Rosy OGradys, Goofellas italian, The Witchery, La Roma Pizzeria Bar, Hungarian Restaurant, and many more bars and eating places. Some of these bars are open till around 3 A.M. if you have the energy? Las Ramblas Golf is located just 2km from Playa Flemenca and there is a local market in Playa Flamenca thats held 8.00 am to 2.00pm every Saturday is not to be missed here you can find a wide variety of Souvenirs, Leather goods, Clothes, Pottery, & fresh Fruit & Veg.
For golfers there are 3 professional level golf courses such as Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor all within a walking distance or a very short drive. Other sporting activities nearby include; Tennis, Horse Riding & various Watersports. These Three 18-holers is on mountainous ground within a few klometers of each other which makes the courses very interesting for players who like to take a few risks.
How to get there
Fly to Murcia or Alicante - Playa Flamenca is just 20 min from Murcia and 45 from Alicante airports. Cheap flights are available from www.Easyjet.co.uk or www.Jet2.com, BmiBaby.co.uk, Ryan air.co.uk., Monarch.co.uk Local Taxis are readily available and fee should be no more than 25 to 30 euros each way. Full driving instructions will be sent at time of booking for customers who choose to drive. Good Price Car Hire with No Excess is available from www.Europa.com at Airports or book on line. Car hire with www.Jet2.com from around £10.00 per day. (For small car i.e Peugoet 207 or Ford Fiesta).

Further details indoors: Beautifully appointed hallway that leads to living room, comprises of 2 x 3 seater settees, coffee table, TV with Sky sports 1,Sky Family Movies, ITV, BBC , DVD, Video,) CD/Cassette Player and dining table for 4 with hot and cold air conditioning.
The Kitchen is well equipped and includes cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, and microwave. Off the kitchen can be found a further large rear tiled patio area with BBQ with patio tables and chairs for guests, leading through the utility room which consist of a dryer, sink and iron & ironing board with storage space.
Leading from the hallway the ground floor has one large double bedroom with wardrobes and chest of drawers, with a spare single bed underneath the double (ideal for people who have difficulties climbing stairs.)
A separate main bathroom adjacent to the downstairs bedroom comprising of a fully tiled bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet, bath and shower.
On the first floor can be found an extensive main bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobes. This bedroom has its own large tiled terrace with patio table and chairs with parasol for relaxing on.
There is also a travel cot provided stored within the wardrobe for familys who have young children, and also safety gates for the top & bottom of the stairs.
Adjacent to this room is a third bedroom that is nicely decorated and has three single beds with double wardrobe space.
A second fully tiled bathroom with shower, bath, sink, toilet and bidet is reached by the landing area which also leads onto a second tiled terraced area that over looks the complex matured gardens with patio table and chairs with a parasol.
The house has hot and cold air conditioning, grills to windows and doors, roll down shutters to the windows and marble floors throughout.
Further details outdoors: The development has its own swimming pool with children's pool and umberellas for shade with lots of planting to many communal areas. Communal Garden with water fountain with tables and seating area's, is shared with the owners of the complex and fully maintained though out the year to be able to relax and read a book or watch the world go by.

No pets allowed. No groups/parties under the age of 25 Strictly no smoking inside the villa, except on the terraces or patio area. Refundable breakages deposit of £100 is required, and will be refunded on your return (subject to satisfactory property inspection, any damages or items replaced will be deducted from this to replace damaged items). Payment of 25% required with Booking Form, Final balance of rental fee due 10 weeks before your departure. There is also a cleaning charge of 65 Euros on your departure for basic clean and washing of towels and bed linen. This is to be left on the table before your departure.

First time we have tried this out booking a villa and we saved an absolute fortune, we have just reyrned back yesterday and the House was unbelievable for the price we paid for 7 of us 4 adults 3 children, the people living on the complex are very friendly also and love the sound of kids playing in the pool the house was very clean and provided plenty of space for our family's Thanks Again Mike Cross & Family's
